Didn't we learn last season that Roideman is impervious to roster changes?
The Bills ate my defense up, specifically Marshawn Lynch. My defense took odd angles in the middle and tackled poorly.
Brady Quinn started off good, but his first INT really broke the ice. A good route by Jackson, but the pass was slightly thrown to its right, and the Bills DB easily nabbed it. It all went downhill from there.
In the meantime, while down I subbed in my two rookies QB Brandstater and RB James Davis, and got a TD before the final. Hoping he rates up well so once Frerotte bolts I can have a faithful backup, or if need be, possible starter later!

On a side note, why is there an option to restart a completed game in offline franchise? I just finished a 20-17 nail-biting win against the Steelers, and I accidentally chose to restart because I wasn't paying attention in the post game menu. What a waste of an hour.

sorry about passing so much early, i was trying out the new playbook and wanted to see what it had to offer.
i hope they tweaked the D a bit in the patch. only in madden can shaun hill go 20/24 passing (with 3 of those incompletions coming early in the game). the middle just opens up TOO easily. there are ways to stop it of course, but you basically compromise your entire D to do it, and if your opponent is looking for ANYTHING else he's going to get it.
also, on that first TD throw to evans i went back and looked at the replay cause he was WIDE fucking open and i didn't blitz that cb. well, NO ONE moved before the snap, but for some reason my CB slid (as if on ice) over to the slot receiver and then back to the middle and just stood there. dont know wtf that was

That pass to Evans looked like a blown Cover 2, I thought you spotlighted someone which is what caused the D to shift like that, because everyone (not only your CB) started to move towards the center.
It isn't the middle of the field that bothers it's the passes to the MOTHERFUCKING FLATS. I've got guys sitting there with no one to defend and yet a delayed route into the flats is money. You were moving around in the pocket so guys get free over the middle as the D moves, but the passes in the flats even when covered is unfucking real. No one steps up to make a play on the ball, I'm not sure if it's my shit D or what.
I don't even try with the minigame anymore, I never win that shit and I hate mashing for it. What a pain in the ass, wtf were they thinking with that shit.
Edit: I was also a retard for playing a lot of 4-3 but I didn't want to go to a 3 man line against Gore.
