That's actually pretty terrible. I've noticed quite a few of Sanders' press release statements being inaccurate - a few have straight up contradicted what Sanders said, let alone anyone else. He's really been hampered by the quality of his campaign staff, I hope some heads roll as a result of this.

They're in this situation where they feel like they've got to wait for Clinton to bring this stuff up first or risk looking biased. Unfortunately due to the cries of "liberal media!" the appearance of impartiality has become the most important thing.

The staff choices and work practices are reflections of his own priorities. It's a feature, not a bug, of his campaign.

Trump is just constantly at odds with his campaign. They say he's not considering a women or a minority as VP, then he comes out and refutes them. They say there's no way this little debate will happen, and he comes out and refutes them.

He's the first quantum candidate. Occupy all positions and your supporters can pick and choose whichever statements make them feel most comfortable.

One of the main things I judge a campaign by is how it's staffed/run. I think it's a great indicator of how the candidate will staff his White House. When it comes to getting shot done, it's the personnel that matters. Clinton's 2008 campaign was clown shoes and she deserved to lose. She obviously learned from those lessons and it makes me feel ok about her candidacy.

The fact that Sanders put his faith in Devine and Weaver says a lot about his judgement.

In my opinion, there's only 6-8 minutes of hard-hitting investigative journalism on TV, and it's the Keeping Them Honest segment on Anderson Cooper 360 with Drew Griffith snooping around. They're the ones who exposed the wait times at VA among many other things including Trump's fundraiser for a charlatan veteran's group.
