So, I would say that while it's admirable that Misty is running and we need to have people who aren't millionaires in Congress, this also means that just because you're super progressive does not mean that you're going to magically find 50+1% of the vote in super red states like Utah.

I don't get the logic behind assigning the one electoral vote in NE to Hillary while saying the one in Maine is a toss up.

As somebody who lives in southern Maine, I agree with this. I know northern Maine is like a horror movie where a bunch of teens on vacation take the wrong exit and get killed in the woods, but there is next to no Trump presence here. His supporters are either deeply closeted or too decrepit to leave their mausoleums to have any social impact.

Trump says he would have used the money from oil sales to pay for the care of wounded soldiers. But the mission would require a permanent occupation, or at least until the oil runs out, and a large presence of American soldiers to guard sometimes isolated oil fields and infrastructure.

I wonder what Trump speeches would look like if you edited out all the factual inaccuracies.

ISIS are terrorists. Obama is currently President. I have dollars. Hillary Clinton voted for some things.

The hilarious thing about this, I think, is that all of a sudden Putin is awful again if Clinton did anything with him.

I do wonder how the rest of the republican party and the base feel about Trump's at least non antipathy attitude towards the LGBT community. Will they continue down that path after the election, or will that be completely disregarded as a failed Trump tactic?
