Lucian's really uh... bloomed. Didn't feel very attracted to him in past seasons but now I'm definitely into it.

I don't see the top three being all New York queens, seems too good to be true. I hate to say it, but I'm worried that Thorgy will fall into the 5th place curse ala Bendela and Katya. Top 4 I'm seeing Bob, Kim Chi, Acid and Chi Chi.

Realistically speaking, I think you're spot on. I don't think Thorgy will neither make it to top 3, nor snatch Miss Congeniality thanks to Kim.
I think the top 3 possibilities are Bob, Betty, Kim or Bob, Betty, Chi Chi. I'm hoping for the latter. I love Kim, but she'll struggle.

Fucking Robbie staying another week only because someone else did an even worse job than he did. I feel like Derrick is getting a pass until Snatch Game and then if he hasn't done anything outisde his box by then he's out the door immediately. We already saw his Britney though with his entrance look, so what else is there to do?
Thought Thorgy should've maybe tied with Bob to win. Both runways were simple, but Bob's was really basic whereas Thorgy's was simple but on theme. They both acted great, though Bob edged it with his ad-libs - but on balance of both challenge and runway, they both deserved it imo.

I don't think Thorgy was that great in the acting challenge. More A for effort. Bob on the other hand, actually brought his A-game (he's been talking himself up as a comedy queen more than actually being a great comedy queen until now).
I really like Robbie Turner and I want him to stay on the show as long as possible. He reminds me of a cartoon character in that he is a slick mouthed butt monkey. I love it and it's reminiscent of UK drag. Still, I'm not convinced that he could win a lip sync without the roller skate gimmick.
Acid Betty doesn't bother me. I don't like what I've READ about Acid Betty's 'real life' nature, but I suppose that the Rupaul fanbase on reddit and social media will overreact to his acidity as usual and fawn over the innocence and purity of Kimchi and the 'nice and sweet' queens. He's mean, but he can take it as much as he gives it, which makes him fun. When Bob, Derrick and Chi Chi disarm him he doesn't react maliciously. Even if Bianca was the mean queen with the heart of gold, she was overly defensive and sensitive at times.
This is a great season, though. It reminds me of Season 6 in that every elimination will be a painful one. In both seasons it's hard to point out a 'filler queen' because even if they don't deliver in challenges or on the runway, they've been great reality TV. This includes the likes of Dax -- even if he wasn't screaming catchphrases, he had this contemplative quality that I really appreciated about him.

That is true actually, he did take it when they gave it back to him, he's got a thick skin. What I didn't like was him giving all his catty comments DURING the video. Like save it until after, it was very gauche. Kim saw it rightly as Betty just peacocking and nothing to do with him and didn't look even remotely close to having a "this was my moment" LaGanja style meltdown.
Derrick though. So he's a huge Trixie fan now..... orrrrrr, he just took the first opportunity he saw to try and score a point against Betty? Hmmm-hmmm.
Chi-Chi was hilarious, I just love listening to her.

Ha. Totally. Even if Derrick genuinely didn't like Acid's attitude, he was waiting for any opportunity to go off on Betty. But yes, Betty was annoying in that moment and was rightfully checked by Derrick and Bob. Some viewers will take the extra step though.
I like Kim, and I think she's as genuinely nice and lovable as she seems, but she's also good at milking it and that annoys me. If I have to fawn over a drag queen for seeming like SUCH a nice person I'd like to be BFFs with, I'd rather vote for Naomi Smalls. Who woulda thunk it.
re: the fashion
I'm not fashion minded myself. But yeah, one thing I like about Drag Race is that the fashion can even be appealing on an over the top, video game/cartoon way. The yassss slay slay yass queen slay yassss can be annoying because it's created hoards of mini Laganjas who constantly spout this stuff without actually having anything to say in between but that's just me being bitter (buzzwords are a personal pet peeve. Twerk. Selfie etc.) If it helps people forge an identity/feel included then that's cool.

I think you might enjoy it, it's pure conversation, it's also much better edited, with the main show you sometimes feel insulted at how obvious their "storylines" are.

I loved the first moments, everything is so quite and grounded, great contrast to the show itself. Also liked how they waved to the queens lol.
Them talking about men and their dresses and stuff wasn't really my thing. There's enough "he said she said" in the regular show. But if that's what they want to talk about they should talk about that. I did like the confrontation between the Britney impersonator (sorry, don't know the name) and Acid Betty. It felt way more real than on the regular show.
I liked how they showed more parts of the critique. Would help me quite a bit to understand this more.
And Kim Chi is like Santa. I don't want to hear about relationships Santas has.

The edit they're giving her makes me think they want her to explode at some point, so they can eliminate her for shitty behaviour or something. They've put her in the top every episode now and given her bullshit critiques in terms of her style. They want her to fall and stumble so bad so they can eliminate her, it's painfully obvious to me. I also kinda hate her for coming for Tracy's makup when she herself looks like a clown most of the time

Yuuup. Clocked. I'm telling you, I won't she a tear over Derrick leaving. But while he's still in the competition I'm enjoying how much Betty gets under skin. Actually everyone can easily get under Derrick's skin, going by how defensive she got when Chi Chi brought up her fashion. The insecurity in eyes during that scene. Funny/sad stuff.

I finally caught up with Untucked. After all the controversy I was seriously expecting some Phi Phi/Roxxxy levels of nastiness from Betty, she just stated her opinion, and I feel she was not the only one commenting about it, with how trite and manipulative some of those videos are I was glad Betty interrupt the damn thing, I love her, it's the best villain so far in this show. She will insult you with a smile on her face and without losing her temper, I love it.
Derrick keeps being bland.
Cynthia was so good hearted, it was sad to see her leave. Her clueless mind is adorable, like how her youtube show is actually spelled "memiors of my cucu" seriously, you can't make that shit up.

Acid Betty went too far. I actually agree with her about Trixie's hideous makeup, but the way she repeatedly insulted Trixie in front of Kim while she was having her moment was insensitive. She obviously knew she was acting like a dick.
I disliked Phi Phi because she got personal and seemed genuinely petty and mean spirited toward Sharon and Willam. There were nasty overtones in her fits.
