A script got delivered on time and It's the end.

This is incredibly cute. If I were to rate things just a cuteness scale this would get 5/5, but I won't do that. So... It's the second of these short net shows I've watched. This got episodes half the length of the other one I've seen though, and it feels too short sometimes. Some funny bits and some not so funny bits. Overall it's entertaining enough.

Even before he succumbed to madness, Stein was always the kind to push peoples' buttons just for the fun of it. I realize we haven't had a lot of Kana yet - she's my replacement Renge for this season - and besides her short appearance this time, I wonder what role she's going to play in the future, if she has one. The point about Tsugumi's lack of resolve has been made plenty of times before, but I think this is the first time Anya and Meme really drove it into her. And Jackie and Kim aren't looking so hot at the moment, either.

That character worked so much better than the counterpart in the first book.

You're making me curious about who Chloe replaced.

Chloe's replaced by the merchant that Lawrence and Holo both meet in the hostel(church?) they both stay in right after they meet. The one that offers the initial deal.

I found that alteration a misstep because of the sexual tension and distrust that implies, some of the themes that were later explored in a more appropriate manner as a interference and matter of discussion in the LN/graphical novel during the later

. Better timed at that stage as a showcase of the ever-evolving closer interaction between Holo and Lawrence.

In fact, Lawrence's image as a mentor for Yarei is better adjusted due to the fact that Chloe's disposition toys with the notion of seduction and veiled interest as tools many times closely related to deception

. In the case of Yarei, seeing Lawrence as an elevated role model fits in bigger measure due to the less attachment but greater respect he proceeds for him, in bonds more similar to those of long-lasting comrades than of frail or manipulating love interests.

could be seen in a more stereotypically antagonizing villain act just breaking that trust to impose later the traitorous plans

, but overall I think his character was truly more faithfully incorporated into the story (obvious for being a part of it since the beginning of the LN), and him sinking to that depth fighting only against respect alone seemed more believable.

Yes Folken's character is really impressively well done.
I was impressed by the creative use of imagery in this episode. Another example of that was the scene in Zaibach with the general, the snail and the field.

Germany is $19 via USPS First Class or $37 USPS Priority, but it depends on the weight. This weight is estimated at 1lb. If you buy 2+ posters, the costs rises due to the heavier package and needing to use a bigger tube.

I think it helps that there are such lower expectations for the titles of lower profile that people can actually get to work on them rather than worry if they are "true to the material" or can "live up to the legacy" or whatever. Fewer "cooks in the kitchen" too to bog things down. What needs to happen is a Black Lagoon movie though. So perfect for a Hollywood adaptation

I imagine it may be more to do with the fact that the rights for these properties are considerably cheaper and have fewer interests attached to them.

I FINALLY GOT MY ANIMATED GON-SAN. I waited a long time to see how they would do this AND DAMN DID THEY DO IT RIGHT. I waited a long time to see the kick, the punch, Pitou's skull finally being crushed, all that and I am thoroughly satisfied. The black and white, the shading on his transformation, all that was amazing. I still love this fight.

I am thoroughly entertained. Sasuga, Madhouse.
