I only ever watch him when he's paired with Day9. And Day9 can make pretty much anyone awesome.

Cutting drone production in favour of making units would be a start.

Sometimes you just have to 1 base and swallow your pride. In-base macro hatch is also an option. Dying to the same play 3 times is... A bit dumb.

I'm no Zerg master, but I imagine that starting Zergling speed before it's already too late would have helped as well. Seemed like Machine only started it when the Stalkers were already pounding him hard.
