You adjust it as you select to get a better crop. It's not perfect, but it adjust how much it selects.
How magic wand works is that it calculates how similar pixels are to the one you first select, and selects them all. So if you get an image like this
You could increase the threshold to get those outlying pixels back into the selection
Obviously this tool isn't perfect. It's just an easy solution.

You increase it if there are more pixels that are needed to be selected. Less to lessen the amount.

Maybe? It makes some images seem to look less pixelated when i play around with it... hmmm.. Maybe it doesn't do anything.

The gameplay feels like sex. So far it has the DS2 problem of mostly awesome new mechanics and feel to the game, but nothing nearly as fun as the first game (besides Lumen Sage) to take it out on. Though I wouldn't go as far to call this game a disappointment, especially when I haven't even finished it yet.

I fucking hate the gameplay changes is DS2, so I can't agree with you there. I actually didn't care much for how Bayo 1 played, but the increase in speed and fluidity, and adding in a Devil Trigger, in 2 makes me enjoy it way more.
I'm not the biggest fan of Bayo, though. The first game's bosses that I love are basically just Jeanne and Balder and Jubileus

Almost wish I would've had Dio instead though. Or maybe just Dio and Crispin Freeman's voices both playing at the same time. I probably would have to go change my pants every time he talked though.
I was talking about the cool things like power stance and the expanded moveset and weapons list of things you could use, which kind of felt limited in one. Bayo 2 is similar in that aspect, but the feel of the game is questionable I guess.
I enjoyed everything about Bayo 1 since it was my first character action game and while I also really enjoy Bayo 2, it just hasn't clicked with me yet in the same way Revengeance, Bayo 1 and especially Wonderful 101 have.

Ah okay. For me it's the improvements to the feel of your core moveset that bring Bayo 2 over the top and make me not mind its faults as much. I agree with you that they're present.
