“Retarded” things is something all three main companies have done.Exclusivity deal with which company? It clearly isn't PlayStation. I know Sony has done a lot of retarded things in the recent years, but they have been very clear with theil deals. They would be shouting it from the rooftops, especially since it is one of the biggest games of the year.
lmao no.The game can run on a PC weaker then a Xbox Series S and uses very little VRAM when doing so. It looks like dogshit, but when has that ever stopped a Series S version.

They'll go extinct from this board alone
I'm surprised there are any left after Baldur's Gate 3.
But yeah.....I'll take my crow if this is legit. I thought MS was full of shit, but looking like they were not.
Likely the same statement by MS being paraded as "a source with knowledge of the situation". Meanwhile Paul Tassi, the same person, was putting out articles a few days ago about "technical issues". They know f all and are just parroting the same statement they're getting sent."A source with knowledge of the situation"
100% factual, no fake.
For some odd reason, the folks who are easily lead to believe this rarely (if ever) address this question. If Sony did in fact have a deal for this game being exclusive, wouldn't they also want to market it as such?
Star Wars Outlaws also requires 16GB minimum on PC and yet Series S runs it at 1080p with RT on just fine.lmao no.
The Minimum DRAM alone is above Series S's entire Shared RAM stack (16GB vs 10GB), this is not counting the 6-8GB of VRAM the Graphics card brings into it either, not talking about memory bandwidth either..
I think the deal was relatively recently - like signed in the last moment. Especially considering the performance of the game on PS.Sony has been so quiet that they forgot this game was coming out.
Forgot both this one and Concord lmao.
Because its fiction.Why hide it
Did one side promise no price increases because of COD, then stop offering one of their subscription models while raising prices just before COD hit subscription?
The 'we can't comment on deals' is still one of the vaguest PR-friendly statement that can be interpreted in multiple ways.
But if more 'insiders' start corroborating this, then there's probably fire along with the smoke.
If Sony or Game Science don't shoot it down then I'm just assuming it is true at this point. Not sure why they are bothering to play games with this shit after so many other timed exclusives.

If true, MS gets points yet again for being basically the only large publisher in gaming that communicates directly with fans and press on a reliable basis. Even in their denial to comment, they basically told everyone what it was. Everyone else is totally silent or lying. If Sony or Game Science don't shoot it down then I'm just assuming it is true at this point. Interestingly enough, Outlaws actually got promoted by Sony on their blog while Wukong didn't..Star Wars Outlaws also requires 16GB minimum on PC and yet Series S runs it at 1080p with RT on just fine.

Im not sure you're playing with a full deck mate, the old saying you wouldn't know the truth even if it slapped you in the face springs to mindBelieving Western media on the deals of a Chinese devs who they have tried to boycott is scrapping the bottom of the barrel, right there with two-headed babies from Alaska, the hollow Earth and the power of the cloud.
Im pretty sure the only one that has a deal with Game Science is Nvidia. And it should be a marketing deal not exclusivity.Interestingly enough, Outlaws actually got promoted by Sony on their blog while Wukong didn't..

Yeah because of memory issues with BG3. This game can run on a 1050 ti coupled to a PC with 8GB of RAM. Switching everything to low dramatically reduces the requirements needed to run the game. It looks like shit while doing so, but it does run.Baldurs Gate 3 was delayed on Xbox because the Series S
They're all scared of Sony, and Sony doesn't maintain press contacts like they used to. Colin Moriarty talks about it. I wasn't trying to be funny. MS and Sony don't have equivalent transparency of communication this gen.Denial of comment is literally a planned lack of communication though.
I wonder why those journalists didn't just ask Sony for comment on their supposed deal?
The source was Cez JordenJez is probably the source.
Right? You'd think a 15m selling game that is console exclusive would be something they'd want plastered everywhere. For some odd reason, the folks who are easily lead to believe this rarely (if ever) address this question.
The minimum requirements are for medium settings at 1080p. The game has settings lower then medium and resolutions far under 1080p exist. You can run the game on a PC specced well under what the official requirements are.Just to be clear I didn't say that. Zathalus made that claim and I was trying to slow walk him into the issue.
Your right Sony actually states how long they exclusivity deals last in the game trailers while MS dosent.MS and Sony don't have equivalent transparency of communication this gen.
Except MS never spoke about any deals during the BG3 debacle, but nice pivot with the false equivalency fallacy there nonetheless
They do have a marketing deal. Nvidia gave out codes with graphic card sales and posted some RTX ON/OFF videos on their channel, they also had day 1 game ready drivers, for whatever that's worth.Im pretty sure the only one that has a deal with Game Science is Nvidia. And it should be a marketing deal not exclusivity.
Why should they be scared of Sony? Are they going to send out assassins for asking about the conspiracy behind the Wukong moneyhat? They're all scared of Sony, and Sony doesn't maintain press contacts like they used to. If MS know for a fact that Sony has a deal, then why don't they say explicitly that is the case? MS are surely not legally bound to not comment on that. To me it sounds like convenient deflection from MS.If true, MS gets points yet again for being basically the only large publisher in gaming that communicates directly with fans and press on a reliable basis. Even in their denial to comment, they basically told everyone what it was. Everyone else is totally silent or lying.
It's always the Xbox guys who are somehow "insiders" regarding Sony deals.
They don't even know what their own side is doing ("Xbox is never going multiplatform!"), but somehow how they have the inside scoop on playstation.
Cool story dude. Believe whatever you like. I don't mind you having your own opinion. Why should they be scared of Sony? Are they going to send out assassins for asking about the conspiracy behind the Wukong moneyhat?
No idea. And yeah, I honestly don't care about a wait. I just wish there was some clarity on what's going on. Probably just going to be random rumors, but I would love to find out for sure one way or the other. If MS know for a fact that Sony has a deal, then why don't they say explicitly that is the case? MS are surely not legally bound to not comment on that. To me it sounds like convenient deflection from MS.
Ultimately it doesn't matter either way, it is what it is.
