I'm wading in the shallow Nendo waters right now. I'm afraid I may end up liking them more than scales. Who knows? At least they're cheaper.

Sticking to tangible descriptor tags (So no series or company names):

1. School Uniform (13) - Asides being connected to Nichijou, I really don't have a "thing" for school uniforms.

2. Short Hair (10) - The GOAT hair, so this is good.

3. Flat Chest (9) - The GOAT chest size, so this is good.

4. Brown Eyes (9) - Nichijou thing. Though I don't actively prioritize eye color in figures.

5. Open Mouth (8) - Just shows up in plenty of figures.

Essentially, Nichijou: The List (which makes sense as it's the actual #1 tag).

I'm thinking the same thing as well (while striving not to have a million figures). I don't have many scales at all, so I'm planning to sell off the Hidamari Sketch trading figures (and maybe a couple prize figures) I have and replace them with a couple of quality scales next year.

I buy things based on stuff I like, but I buy things just cause they are nice to look at too, can't keep up with everything all the time, and sometimes the figures come out before you can see what they are based on. A prime example is the Cathrine figure, bought the figure before playing the game, hate the game yet still love the figure.

Went and updated my MFC profile. Currently at work so there might be one or two I missed but otherwise I'm at 97 items. Which means I'll be past 100 once the October Amiami box gets here. In Theoden's words : "How did it come to this?

They stick to things made by Japanese manufacturers. So Kotobukiya-made stuff is in the database, but not DC Direct, Funko, or anything like that. They also have other things, like keychains, CD soundtracks, artbooks, etc. etc. Anything dealing with Japanese animu or video games.

It only includes products from Japanese companies or of Japan-originating properties. So for instance, you'll see some Disney characters stemming from Kingdom Hearts, but you won't find Hot Toys Iron Man. You will find the Iron Man figma, however.
