Good call, that Okami artbook is amazing.

No kidding. I opened it right after taking that picture and man it is a fantastic artbook. Of the few artbooks I have Okami is not high on my "favorite works" if I were to rank them that way but this artbook is definitely top tier just in terms of artbook layout/design. Very impressive.

The one from Udon. First book from them I've bought but I've seen some of their other stuff at cons and bookstores so I knew what to expect. They do a good job.

I almost bought a pre-owned Shinkirou recently, but the pictures didn't sold me on it, I think they should hire better photographers, like the ones the Gundam models usually have. Based on pictures alone I almost bought the G-Reco Gundam, FFS, the photographer was a genius.

While I'm not a big fan of the mechas from Code Geass, I thought the Galahad looked pretty cool. Too bad it was a limited online tamashii only release and so is as expensive as hell, especially after all these years.

I should be getting a flash unit for my camera here within about a week, I might end up re-taking my photos at that time. I'd like to see the difference using an actual flash head, instead of just the pop up haha. Shouldn't be too big, given it's within the pop up's range anyway.

Really? 15k doesn't seem too bad. Especially if that's before discounts. But on the other hand, it is 1/10 scale, so it's pretty pricey for something that size.
