Do miniatures count as figures? I was cleaning out my closet and decided to get back into painting my warhammer stuff. I quit a while back but still got a mountain of unpainted minis.

I just shelved all my unpainted/unassembled 40k stuff. Too much work, not enough time![]()
Not enough life or hometown, more like.

Queen's Gate vers. Cham Cham!
Actually I have a pretty sizeable Sisters of Battle force. They have quite a bit of that to show. Well, as much as old school 40k metal minis can show anyway, though to be fair most of them wear robes/capes so no hometown at all.

i'm trying to pay mandarake but i'm getting errors when i press the 'pay' button on the website link given on the confirmation email
anyone know what's up?
I got mostly Space Marines, Orks + Orcs. Its too cold to prime too.
I do have one Sisters of battles painted for fun.
I would be down to see them once they are painted.
It is time consuming but the payoff is worth it. Also imagine all the GK you could get and paint once the skills improve.
I eventually want to get skilled enough to paint this.
Welp just finished the Madoka series and now have at least five more figures I need to buy ahahahahahaha fffffffff

I don't have a good camera but here is a Howling Banshee I painted.

Nice job painting that. If you could manage that I think garage kit wouldn't be too difficult for you. The only reason I haven't start doing garage kit is because of all the molding problem you had to fix, and stupid eye drawing.
Vertex?Vertex Selvaria is up at Hobbysearch for 13.5k. Not too bad for a 1/6. Maybe Ami will be better.

Must... Resist... I will not give in.Dx Dx Dx Dx Dx
Great series. Thankfully I never felt the compulsion to buy all of the girls.
1/8 Ultimate Madoka is all you need really, but good luck finding her at a reasonable price.
Just get Ultimate Madoka and be done with it.
Excellent, another meguca. One of my top shows from recent years. Let the show sink in then give Rebellion a try if you are feeling adventurous.
As for figures, let me help you keep it reasonable. Buy GSC's Ultimate Madoka 1/8. She is fabulous. You need her.

From there, it's up to you. You could stop there, like I tried to do (and was successful in for several years), or keep going.
For scales I recommend the maiko/haregi set that GSC/Stronger is doing but it will be some months before the rest of those are released and they're also not cheap (I'm collecting this set).

FREEing is doing a cute (but inferior (but more affordable)) set of the girls in yukata.

GSC also did a set of the girls in their magical girl outfits which is rather affordable for a set of scales, however, as much as I love the show, I'm just not a huge fan of the GSC set--mainly because I'm just not a big fan of the designs, not because there's anything wrong with GSC's work. I only bought Kyoko because she's dabes.

There are also some figmas and nendos if you like those. You'd think with my recent rash of nendo fever and being a big fan of Madoka I'd also have the nendos, but I actually don't have any of them and honestly don't really want them.
She's exclusive isn't she? They're gonna make all of the Abyss girl nendos exclusive.

You can order her from the GSC Online Shop but the issue here is if I want to fall into the dark abyss known as Ship Girls.
OMG you guys!
I want these to be figures so bad!

Hey Giolon, I have a question about the ebCraft Selvaria.... MFC says it's 11.7" tall.... Is that to the top of her head, or the top of her lance?
I need those to happen just so I can see all the bishoujo people in here get sucked in.
Buy only Abyss girls. Abyss girls are best girls.
Really need to get an Akagi now to put this kotatsu to use!
Can't decide how to pose her. Probably "combat" pose for now, then will have some more fun with food poses once I find an Akagi.
Neither. She's about 9.25" tall to the top of her head, 10.25" to the top of her lance. Her lance was always more horizontal than the prototype (as well as her head at a different orientation). ebCraft calling her 1/6 scale has always been bullshit.

Max Factory Miku went up tonight, had her in cart, and poof. Gone. Oh well, another day.
The last scale I want until theyfinish up the Vocaloid line.never
That's better. Kinda. But not really.
