E3 2015 | Nintendo Treehouse Live @ E3

Mario Maker isn't boring. They've hardly shown any of it. They played 3 times on day 1 and 1 time on day 2 and they've hardly gone over the various tools and only shown a small fraction of the pre-made stages available :(

I would ignore dampflokfreund. He's obviously trolling.

What the fuck? NOA canbe so stupid at times.

Yea, Fatal Frame is a must buy for me and launching around Halloween they could get a few additional sales from marketing it. It's never going to be a hit, but not even mentioning it isn't doing yourself any favors.

I also wanted to see more of Devils Third. I plan on getting it at some point but it depends on how it's progressed on whether I get it day one or not. Again, not showing it to the core group of gamers that will be paying attention to e3 is a missed opportunity.

I hope they still get a retail release. I have a bad feeling that they may only do an eShop release and I want a physical version of both.

Ok, this is kinda reliefing. She is known to be a bit liberal with assumptions at times. Still hope imo!

Assumptions is putting it lightly. Hah.

Star Fox looks really good, and it's not finished yet! I'm excited to see the final product in future Nintendo Directs. You can bet we'll have one of those in another month or two.

Ooh, new Yoshi stages!

No, its not a secret they only have these three games to show. Sure, from time to time they will show something different like Xeno or FAST (which is great) but mostly its these three games.

Also, I think I'm puking rainbows when seeing Yoshi. We already have sooo much footage from it, is even more footage really needed?

Starfox Zero, the Zero being the amount of damage you'll take playing.

Underwhelmed.

Not completely sure what you mean. The person playing is good since you can take quite a bit a damage as was shown the first day when they demo the stage. But I kinda accepted people will complained about this game until like a month before release, like every single Nintendo game. It's becoming as predictable as the Zelda cycle.

Wooly World looks fun and hard.

I'm sure Devil's Third is on track, but if you look at what is in the bulk of Nintendo's lineup this year, that kind of game is sooo opposite of that. I'm not surprised Nintendo is being silent about it. Disappointing, but I think this kind of game is only there for the sake of it and that Nintendo for whatever reason is rethinking their decisions after the fact.

Thank you for confirming that you're a troll. Straight to the ignore list with you, goodbye.

Agree, I am getting both of those as well without a doubt, and hope they can at least sell enough so that the teams making them get to continue make games for Nintendo.

Getting my copy of Yoshi's Woolly World when it launches in EU next week, so trying to avoid seeing too much of it.

I could watch Mario Maker all day though :) It's fascinating

Lol, yeah, all those other games just don't count for reasons. I think they have reused a lot of games, more than I liked, but this is pretty stupid to say.

So its a Disaster, Fatal Frame 2, Xenoblade, Last Story situation all over again...yet they'll push the hell out of 2 Animal Crossing spinoffs that require plastic or cards to use in the same year. Can they really afford to play coy with games that they themselves are funding and publishing in other regions?

Happy House Designer doesn't require amiibos

whoa, that sidescrolling shooter stage looks quite fun

Yeah that footage sold me on this game.

It also looks like no cakewalk.

I've actually not been paying much attention to the game (figured it would be another Yoshi's Story) so I've got a lot to catch up on :D

Funny, because there were far more repeats last year. Smash and Splatoon got shown at least twice for all three days and the final segment was Smash. So far, the only game that got repeated twice in a day had a developer interview with them.
