There's a million other things I would spend my money on before another Xbox branded anything.

In fact I traded my series X for an Atari Jaguar the other day and feel like I ripped them off.

If it's some Xbox branded pre build PC at a good price and with some cool features and some controller friendly version of MS...maybe? who knows? probably not.

I don't think they'll make another conventional home console and why would they? They made the current ones super expensive to make sure nobody buys them.

Yes, probably, because it's the only native gamepass games box and I have a library of digital and physical Xbox games, BC is a big factor for me.

PS6, for the exclusives if I like them and the big multiplayer franchises which PS will have the largest player base on, and of course the physical/digital library I have on PS consoles to carry over via BC.

Switch 2 only for exclusives.

Everything else PC.

I think it's going to be PC + Switch from now on. Don't see any added value in home consoles at this point, might as well do a PC upgrade every 2-3 years.

It's a bit sad to say goodbye to MS after all those years but it is what it is.

Not unless they make some drastic changes. I quite liked the consoles themselves but I also have too many complaints about them.

Overpaying for shitty wireless headphones + SSD isn't something I'll be doing again.

Nope everything for PC.

Since Xbox game launches on PC and PS,s greats are timed exclusives.

I might get the Switch 2 but only if I see a lot more great games for it a few years down the line.

Nope. I'll get a ps6 and maybe upgrade my pc but there is no reason to get an xbox. They won't have traditional exclusives anymore

Xbox lost me after the 360 and I tried hard not to leave. I didn't want to lose my achievements. They forced my hand though. Now I don't see any reason to go back and honestly even if they weren't 3rd party there are so many damn games to play now I can't keep up and this doesn't include the games they are bringing over.

I supported them since the OG on launch. Never again. Traded my launch Series X in at GS last week for $400. That thing had been collecting dust for the last two years.

If what they make is a PC-box at a reasonable price and with console style ease of use factor and they do it right then yes, I am absolutely interested.

Its a good gen from them.

Hardware it depends on what they offer.

They are no longer in traditional consoles so can go either way. If its compelling, they will get preference.

I've been really pleased with the Series X as a lazy option for couch gaming on a 4K TV.

Depends on what they release next. I will say that x86 as a platform is very tired and hopefully on the way out.

I've never owned or had much interest in anything xbox related outside of their controllers and these past two years have been absolute self sabotage for their brand, but I can't rule myself out from buying anything until I've actually seen what it is.

If it's another generation where their hardware and PlayStation's are basically identical in terms of power, function, and price then it's not likely.

I don't like how they have ran the company this gen and I don't like how I was treated after buying an XSX for exclusives on launch this gen, so I'll probably never buy another Xbox, no. I also have grown to dislike the concept of gamepass, so I'm probably out....but only a Sith deals in absolutes.

Nope. Have a great PC, will have a Switch 2 and PS6, but wont be buying another piece of Xbox hardware other than maybe a new controller to use on PC

I voted no, but I answered under the assumption that it's the Xbox we've known the last 20 years. If it's some type of pre-built PC that allows me access to Steam and/or GOG and emulators? Possibly.

It really depends on if it they can separate it from the ps6 hardware wise. I don't need 2 systems with the same games and nearly identical hardware.

Nope, no more Xbox ever. Gonna be Switch 2 and Steam Deck for me for the next however long, with the occasional higher fidelity exclusive on PS5. I doubt I'll get a PS6 when it launches either (but that, I will buy eventually).

I generally like their hardware this gen -- not the proprietary SSD, though -- but if I get one, it won't be at launch like it was with the Series X.

Why would anyone? There will likely not be a single game that isn't on PS6 day one, but the reverse definitely won't be true.

The only way I buy the next Xbox is if they go back to console exclusives.

I've never had a machine in its primetime collect more dust than the Series X (and this is despite my preference for it over the One X). So, unless they do a Gears-themed machine, nah. PC does anything it does (that matters to me) and the PlayStation covers a chunk of everything else.

Throw in a Switch and you've completed a workable trinity.
