It would be best if you find someone who has similar playtimes as you tbh. I don't particularly play that often, at least in comparison to most of the Destiny GAF. If you're really interested in linking with someone here, ask around but I'd agree with Slammin_Hammon in that, if your co-workers want you to get the game to play with them, they'd be the best option.

What's the minimum level to enter a Nightfall again? Forgot how painful the leveling process is, particularly since I can never seem to group with anyone on the strike playlist.

Hoping it is 260, realised I had a second copy of TK from when I bought it for my ex so now I am recruit a friending a second account, but it is so so slow.
He should pick fig and stream their teacher/student dynamic for our amusement. He will pick warlock and fig will have to struggle with the pro of cool stuff and the con of raising a baby warlock.

Nightfall recommended is 280, you can enter it at 241.

1) Watching others play IB and getting better drops than all my weeks of raiding and complaining about it.
2) Admitting Oryx is at the FRONT of the ship.

Yes of course the perks on both my 320 drops suck and I can't infuse anything to get up to that light level. I'll be in prime position when the auto/fusion rifle buff hits.

Since I didn't play much tonight, decided to finally work on getting to gunsmith rank 3 on my warlock. Had one gun left that would get me there (crappy Hakke pulse rifle). Played one control match on vita, came in last of course, but managed to get all the kills needed. Glad I stuck around for the rewards:

In other totally LTTP news, Court of Oryx is pretty neat. I didn't realize there was a mini Crota fight you could do there.

Overall, its an interesting fusion rifle, with just the right amount of quirk to make it a keeper, but not an everyday use gun.
Its initial impact is fairly low for damage, but the explosive projectiles that stick to enemies and objects are very strong, strong enough to be in the same field as the highest impact fusion rifle damage category.
I have seen them being used in crucible as a tight corridor deterrent, as well as boss fight encounter maining.
Nightfalls with specialist, void burn, or both are great with Telesto.
For a fusion rifle? Yes.
For a weapon? No.
Also, got the Dead Orbit Revenant shader upon levelup. Neat.

Just wait until they buff fusion rifles. Telesto is going to be siiiick
Used it turning the daily and I like it. It doesn't have the same multi-kill potential that a regular Fusion Rifle does, but it has ridiculous charge time and does big single target damage. Seems like it's pretty good for poking out of corners to damage a boss then getting behind cover.
Dont get me wrong, for PvE it's great, it's like a small sticky grenade launcher.
For PvP though it's toooooo slow.
