Great question. Feel like the new Dragon Age has a higher ceiling but a much lower floor. We have a good idea what to expect from Avowed given recent output from the studio but this Dragon Age game is a sort of reboot and a wild card. Def not preordering but keeping a close eye on what the impressions are like once this gets into the wild.

I think if you have strong feelings towards a franchise I can see why people might pop in and say something regarding it's direction. But baseless and senseless hatred? No. No place for that.

But I think everyone that's a Dragon Age fan expects Veilguard not be good from a artistic and narrative standpoint. Gameplay if really good might redeem it a little. Better to judge based on merit then unbridled animosity.

No idea, would be cool if some trustworthy person played it and let us know, problem with an rpg is- dialogues/story make sizeable chunk of content there so when game is woke(aka insane) in those aspects it simply takes me out of the immersion every time it does something that it wouldnt do normally if it followed principles of logic that other rpg's normally follow.

Game is singleplayer, likely gonna get patches upon patches for weeks if not months to come, so if by some miracle it turns out to be at least 7/10(actual 7/10, if u take out usual+2/10 professional journos give those woke games) i figured i can always play it later on
