I remember using PayPal credit for AmiAmi when I had some. I chose to pay with my linked credit card, but they took the amount from my PayPal credit first.

Unless they changed something, this was around a year ago.

I forgot to mention that despite my Hibiki Figma being used, when I received it it was basically like new. All of the plastic was intact and I couldn't find any flaws on the box.

Not left over paypal money, the actual paypal credit line. I've checked before and they don't. I've only bought two things from them because of that, and one was an impulse purchase that I sold online for $30 more than I paid.

Also, I've been doing a bit of research on MyFigureCollection and there seem to be a few differences between the figure shown and the actual figure. Small things, but enough to dampen my desire for it. Mixed with the fact that I'm low on cash and I don't really know the character that well...and I can hold off for now (even though I just remembered that I have $40 in my wallet right now).

Okay this amiibo thing is almost rage-inducing. All I really want is a Captain Falcon amiibo, just because it's an official Captain Falcon figure but it's fucking sold out before it even hit's the shelves. Fucking take my money Nintendo! My wallet is yours!

Having collected figs for a few years now I get the whole culture of this business, but the amiibos are mass produced. Why make limited supply when the demand is so high? The money is there Nintendo, all you gotta do is reach for it.

Yeah, it's a nightmare scenario all around in the States. Hell, importing some of these is cheaper than falling into the scalper trap or even jetting all over town just to find out things aren't in stock. Eeeeesh- that Rosalina was madness, I hope they put it back up.

I think I'm going to do something terrible and order that Griffon Kasumi. My Dead Or Alive knows no bounds, even Griffon :/

The shitty part is that I don't even live in the States, I live in Canada. I love my country and all but GOTDAMN, we get shafted so fucking hard when it comes to licensed products sometimes.
Don't even get me fucking started on Netflix.

Puns aside, no, I really don't care for forehead horns. Not a fan of horns, period, but ones off the side of the head at least look somewhat better the ones sticking out from the front.

Just ordered her off Rakuten. She was 1600 yen, which is incredible because back when I started she was always topping off at like $80. I'm liking this trend of going back and buying figures I couldn't afford years ago dirt cheap now, heh.

They also had a Ryoko listed for like 1200 but she was sold out, I'm going to be looking for her next.

figmas won't lean b/c they aren't generally supporting their own weight (gravity is the enemy). I've never heard of the stickiness problem with figmas, but it's entirely up to the exact makeup of the plastic used to manufacture particular figures. In general, keep your figures in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight, and let them air out from their boxes periodically.
