Ehhh, I'd love the full set, but I don't really want to spend the total of >$300 I would have to to get both Estival packs and a used set of SKV's figs. And I'm not sure I can trust any of the $80-$100 used items listed on ebay, none have very good descriptions of wear or images of the figures.

That's a pretty great video bandai put together. Looks like it's going to be a great build. Amazing box, too.

"Third Form" being a glorified hatches open mode is a bit disappointing, but everything else looks amazing. That head transformation is fantastic. Not only is there none of the dissembling the MG required, but the Unicorn mode face even has the green "mask" over the eyes that the animation has. So cool. Cannot wait to get this. Very excited to see the completed model at all different angels when it gets a full display in two days.

As long as its from a shop and not a seller, they are usually in like new condition.

Unrolled the Kier print, and it's fantastic in person, gonna have a hard time saying no to more of them, just have to find out what the customs charge is gonna be before I buy anymore...

Now I have to think seriously about this. I don't know that I like her enough for ~$150 pre shipping. If she were as gorgeous as Clalaclan it'd be easy to say yes, but with the stiffness of the pose and that kind of tacky paint I don't know that I can pull the trigger just yet. At this price, I might just wait for a sale or pre-owned.

I'm convinced at this point that all figure manufacturers have lost they god-damned minds on the pricing issue. They've been making bigger and more extravagant pieces now that they see people will pay whatever the asking-price. And a lot of people are going to be priced right out of the hobby. Not due to inability to afford, but refusal to pay.
