Monking final coil and i can confirm monk loot does not exist in t10 or t11. I did get the weapon so i can't complain too much >.>

Been doing T10 since it came out and T11 for the last 5 weeks, in the entire time not a single piece of Monk loot has dropped (or slaying). Literally don't even want to raid anymore. I'm at a point where I'm starting to think about just quitting my static. What's the point like? It's fun for a while, but then you're just going through the motions doing content you have on lock for no reward but relatively large time investment. Even the guaranteed drops get dished out to other members of the group first.

Do you have a secondary class you play alot that you are at least gearing up? They should give you preference at this point for stuff like that.

I was hoping for monk drops since ours went ninja and i had to roll monk for 8 and 9 instead of tank, but now since monk is mandatory for t13 apparently, i have to share tank loot and be in second position again, same as second coil.

At least Mary is open to being bribed to not roll on tank stuff : ) Those pants WILL be mine.

I got my zodiac first, so we skipped me so the drg and blm could get bigger weapon upgrades. Then we got a bard that only had an i110 weapon so the most recent tomestone went to him. It makes sense and all that, but it's irritating to have saved 10 tokens from day 1 of the patch and still have them in my inventory, coupled with no dreadwyrm.

I don't mean just THE raid. Any raids. Any time I wasn't in Coil I was in WoD or CT and nothing I want dropped, and the day before I was in first coil and damn it Twintania give me more of those casting chokers will you. RNG. RNG never changes.
Ironically enough I only marginally care about drops from FCOB because of white mage lyfe. I dunno. Surely enough the skinnerbox setup keeps people in the content but at some point it just becomes ridiculous.

At the time of saving tokens I still had Novus and had no idea how quick it'd be to get to Zodiac. I'm not annoyed other people got weapons over me, I was the one who suggested it initially. It's just an added bummer on top of not getting any dreadwyrm stuffs.

Currently leveling-up BLM. Not quite fond of the class, but I thought I could use a DPS spellcaster (technically I also have a SMN, but it seems the job was shunned with 2.4 because of the stuff and the job as a whole could use a buff or a revamp).

THM is the most tedious thing to level, its dull as hell, then a bit into BLM.

If you are all new, the critical part will be calling out when you should be stacking.

best tip i can give is have your focus target bar center screen so you never miss that twister cast bar.

Well, no, but more that you wouldn't have sat on useless tokens for the first 3 weeks instead of having gear. Assuming you had a good Nexus or HA weapon, the chest was a larger upgrade than the weapon at the time anyway. It wouldn't help any now but at least the first few weeks would've been less suffering.

If nothing else, I guess you have an alt that can get a weapon eventually. So there's ... that. I guess.

Yeah. It's not a bad idea to get GLA to 22 while you're doing things, though you can wait till 50 if you are in a rush to get back to main story.

If you solo tank the resonances it's pretty fun, especially last phase. I'm not sure you'd even need cooldowns if you were wimping out and dual tanking every resonance.

Moara is a whiner He's gotten 4 pieces of dread gear and was first on tomestone/twines. He just hasn't gotten the good dread gear yet.

We've actually had a pretty good mix of drops:
