Nope not on a break. She went to California to visit family and she went to furcon and fucked some dudes. Then she lied about behind my back. Her friend provided me with text logs of her admitting to it. She also took tons of pictures that backed up to her iPad which is how I also found out. Saved everything but didn't even have to use it.

She doesnt give a shit about money, she declared bankruptcy because she decided to stop paying her bills. She has no problem spending $600 to go to California for 3 days, but ask her to pay me more money for rent, and there suddenly isnt anymore money to go around. I pay about 80% of the bills.

I do support her in everything she does, even if its a terrible idea. I once told her my goal of getting into the game industry, and she told me it was stupid.

Shes selfish in about everything she does, she makes rash decisions, and doesnt really care if it affects anyone else negatively.

Probably very late and it probably was mentioned already....

But at least in my state, you cannot kick anyone out if they have lived with you for, I believe, around 2 weeks or a month even if they're not on the lease, etc. I know this the hard way since I had a nutjob roommate that I tried to get rid of who was not on the lease with me. It cost me money to head down to the constable and pay about $200 in fees to try and get the motherfucker kicked out of my place legally. Unfortunately, I chose 'nuisance' as the reason and I ended up losing in court when he refused to move out. I would have to go through the process all over again for 'non payment' while he was trashing my place, keeping me up at night on purpose, etc. Cops couldn't do nothing either and I was looked as the bad guy.

Even if I did non payment (which at the time I couldn't), it still would have taken about a month to get rid of him, assuming that would have worked.

But, this depends on the state I believe. All I know is I got royally fucked in my state and we horrendous laws regarding booting someone out. Technically, you can have some nutjob squatting in your place for a good month or two before getting rid of them legally.

it is interesting that he said that they are in an "open relationship" at some point, though. she still gets jealous, though, so she must be very controlling and he must be very submissive.
