I remember MS saying this when it was first found out the game was delayed for Xbox. Thought it was bullshit then, think it's even more bullshit now. Just out of curiosity, I scrolled on PlayStations Twitter page. They have 1 post about WuKong in the past week, and that was the post they seemingly do for every big game that released on the console; just saying it is out now. And for reference, concord is getting like at least 2 posts a day. I understand that's first party but like if Sony did money hat WuKong, they have done a shit job of marketing it on their end, even if the game is doing well.

This is a prime example of why MS talks the way they do. They know that about 80% of the people who hear what they say will understand it's vague and can be interpreted in a lot of ways. What they are relying on is the 20% who are dumb enough to keep falling for their vague statements that imply one thing even though that one thing isn't true at all.

It's the same thing with their "only four games", and "it's not indian jones or Starfield". Even people like Destin fell for their wording while the other 80% knew exactly what Phil was doing. They'll keep playing this game because well it works as seen above and as we've seen in the past. Only just recently have people like Destin kind of realized that Phil is misleading people and can't be trusted.

Yea but you almost never get the best experience as far as game performance when it comes to consoles vs PC. That's sort of been well established already. Minus the games that just have issues on PC of course. Hell even then like 90% of the time I didn't even have issues and the game ran great (Cyberpunk 2077).

Even in BG3 I switched from PC to PS5. It was a bit jarring at first because well the PC was just better but I can't stand PC gaming. So I'll take the worse game performance over the other shit I have to deal with on PC gaming.
