The difference is the timing. Rubio is doing it a few days before Super Tuesday, it's not really the part of the cycle where "press coverage at all costs" has as much value.

I thought it was really disingenuous of George to feign surprise. If it's between Cruz, Rubio, and Trump for the likely winner, unless he wanted to go Graham and support a less likely guy, Trump isn't a crazy option out of those three.
