Dat brokered convention. Gotta have it. Please get only 35-40% of delegates Mr. Trump.

Btw the Fox News town hall was actually good. Not sure what they're smoking.

Wildcard berths that can't beat teams without a winning record should have homefield advantage
Both Cruz and Trump would get smashed in a general. Cruz is less sensationalist, but also less charismatic.

I think Cruz's adamant refusal to work with anyone else will go over like a lead balloon in a general.

Tonight is going to be so boring on the Democrats side unless you are interested in how high the score can be run up

But ADAM IS DIABLOSING!!!

More importantly, I don't think it matters if Trump is actually up in the polls. Once enough polls show him winning, the media narrative will build and undecideds will start to break for the winner.

It never quite happened in Texas. Lyin' ted. :(

Adam needs his B&J to calm his nerves! Both races will be called the minute the state polls close.

Lyin Ted can't be trusted

Fox News has been very good this cycle. Obviously their opinion shows skew hard right but their actual "news" has been dare I say the best so far this cycle? No idea how that happened but it happened.

CNN always seems to go easy on the candidates in the debates. Fox rips everyone to shreds.

Trump not looking nearly smug enough, alas.

The poll started Wednesday, they just don't have the splits that show that Kasich was at 40% on Sunday.

Another reason to doubt the poll. Oklahoma polls suffered from a similar problem.
Anytime you are relying on people's own judgment of themselves I think there's an added inaccuracy. But don't care. Must not stump the trump!

ABC has a new high level poll out of voter perceptions, and Trump looks terrible for the general. Some key points:

-- 60 percent of Republican and Republican-leaning women say they’d be dissatisfied with Trump as the nominee, including 45 percent “very” dissatisfied.

Remember Obama lost white women in '12. If Clinton can peel off even a fraction of those very dissatisfied women it would end the race.

-- Trump's support is still based in the racist vote, getting 43% of Republicans "who feel that whites are “losing out” because of preferences for blacks and Hispanics, with 43 percent support in this group vs. 25 percent among those who feel otherwise."

-- Anger at the government is down, to 21 percent -- 11 points lower than in October 2013, when economic discontent was much higher, and its lowest since October 2010. Trump does best with angry voters; economic gains therefore may work against him.

That Illinois poll says the top two issues for Democrats are the economy and guns. Perhaps Senator Sanders would like to talk more about guns for us.

This is why I don't think the GOP will let him be the nominee. They know this.

I think it's self declared or self identified. What is a "strong republican" otherwise?

Bigger hands.

And it should be Clinton and Trump here in MS by a mile (the former for sure, the latter if Trump's dumbass doesn't underperform).

And I'll throw in that there's just as much evidence for climate change as GMOs being healthy. So to deny one is to deny the other.

This is why we need to stay on the Trump train. Come on you horrible man, hold on for the win.

Zootopia is a phenomenal movie.

If it's an allegory on racism, it's extremely subtle. The theme is there, but it's not the major focus of the movie.
It's kind of the exact opposite of subtle...it's very obvious talking about stereotypes throughout the movie and how different species have different ones, ergo different races have different stereotypes. Also their statistics are extremely spot on.

Damn, these crosstab numbers are so toxic:

Is Trump honest and trustworthy?
Yes 27, No 69

Does Trump understand the problems of people like you?
Yes 26, No 72

Do you think Trump has the right kind of experience to be President?
Yes 26, No 73

Do you think Trump has the right temperament to be President?
Yes 25, No 72

Also:

Would you like the next president to be someone who has experience in how the political system works, or someone from outside the existing political establishment?
Experienced in political system: 62, Anti-establishment 34

Bernie is going to get destroyed in Florida.

The one weird thing about the Bay News 9 sponsored poll was that they grouped Hispanic voters in with "Asian" from what I could tell. That's kinda....I mean in Florida? Not sure about that. Interested to see what Monmouth's numbers show.

But, Florida, like Michigan, Illinois, and Ohio are all in the south....so they don't count.
