And some of them support his attacks on Wall Street, go figure

He's running on breaking up their employers. People that would vote for him because of his attacks on wall street are not swing voters. On the other hand, his myopia wrt insurance companies, ratings agencies, and the various other parts of the shadow banking system including funds and so on and so forth means they might prefer him to Hillary and her actual policy.

Bernie should suspend his campaign immediately and focus on something worthwhile. Like STARDEW VALLEY.

As far as I know, superdelegates don't count for anything unless there is no clear nominee by the time of the convention. I think they've only been used decisively once in the history of the Democratic conventions, and it was almost forty years ago.

Technically, before Hillary released her delegates because she is a courteous, courageous Queen, they gave Obama the nom in 2008.

Why would any politician be stupid enough to use escort services!!!!
Actually with Ted I don't think it is stupidity. I think it's that he gets off on being a phony ass prick knowing he can still win elections and seeing how far he can push the envelope. He's universally despised for a reason.

The Nevada thing is a who cares. The Clinton campaign should probably get their shit together for the next phase of the stupid caucus system.

People should stop trying to make scandal and drama unironically. The Dems are boring, live it, love it.

A friend checked her registration confirmation email she received after pledging for Hillary at the event: they've recorded her as a delegate for Bernie Sanders. Fuck that.

Apparently the lawyer in the case is asking for the records to be unsealed since there's something in there that's relevant to the election, so yea...it actually might be on...
Ok, but it might incriminate a random staffer. Or Bernie. Or Nobody.

Meanwhile Trump gets all the headlines. This is why Bernie needs to drop out. Bernie is taking away from the race and has nothing exciting to show for it other than something that makes for an exciting reddit thread.

Montgomery Blair Sibley says the records will become public if he fails to reset a 72-hour countdown clock, which could cut short his soft two-week ultimatum for federal courts to consider lifting a 2007 gag order that covers the records, lest he deem that order void.

The countdown clock is a safeguard, Sibley says, that ensures that if he disappears the records will be published. Inevitable release, he says, may also disincentivize violent acts against him to prevent their disclosure.

The records are stored on four servers around the world, Sibley says, and dozens of reporters will receive a website link if the clock is not reset. He says he loaded the information online in January, when he decided to publicly claim the records are relevant to the presidential race.

“There’s a link right now, that if you had, you would have access to the records,” Sibley says about the website. “If I die, disappear, whatever, they will be out.

“If you’re asking if I’m partnering with WikiLeaks, the answer is I’m not answering that,” Sibley says without any prodding about the secrets-spilling site.

A major hurdle for Sibley’s bid to modify the 2007 court order protecting the records is that Palfrey fired him.

I don't think this is real anymore.

So they have Clinton overperforming her 2008 margin in Wisconsin by 16% yet underperforming it by 8% in New York. k

In March 2008, the Supreme Court of Florida suspended Montgomery Blair Sibley from the practice of law for three years for two counts of misconduct:  contempt of court for his failure to pay child support and filing frivolous claims and appeals.

He was disbarred >.>

If it was any other politician but Ted Cruz, kasich would be getting serious fire from the RNC probably. But I guess they want the party to look halfway not insane so they'll allow him.

Bernie chipping away at that NY lead of Clinton's. Gonna be quite the media circus over the next few weeks.
