Oh man media is going in on the "Dems in Disarray" stuff

This is going to be a long month, I should probably just turn it off until it's June 7th

Also S4P stayed about the same traffic wise when compared to the WV Primary last week.

Weaver is done after this so of course he's desperate. Notice how quiet Devine has been recently? Other than please donate so I can get more ad fees.

I want to see may fundraising.

The thing that makes me the most... sad about Bernie's campaign is how every damn thing, person and contest that doesn't go Bernie's way is fraud or bias or corruption. It's just absurd at this point.

No wonder his more rabid, unreasonable supporters do the same online and off.

This is why I only talk about a specific subset of Bernie people, because it does no one any good to paint with a broad stroke on the millions of reasonable voters.

I read that quote and was really perplexed. I don't think it was meant in that way at all (he was trying to say that his rallies have been held in dodgy areas and gone fine so it's not a symptom of his campaign), but it could definitely come across in a different way...
I don't think he intentially ment it negatively but its emblematic of his inability to in this day and age understand how to talk to the democratic base which is increasingly compost of people of color.

Contrast Bernies tone deaf highlighting his civil rights movement arrests, comments about the south being conservative (black southern voters are anything but and this

With Clinton giving a speech on race in Harlem.

I am so disappointed in him trying to win by solely going after the white vote. It's incredibly regressive for someone who is meant to be super progressive. I know I'm horribly paraphrasing his campaign rhetoric but when he speaks I hear:

"What will be good for white people will be good for everyone, so lets focus on doing stuff to help white people!'

No wonder he's attracted MRAs etc.

I think as much as his heart is in the right place he lacks the real, down to your soul empathy. He has the right ideas but I don't get the same empathy vibe when he's not talking about the white working class.l

I definitely agree. His campaign is fueling the whole thing though. I think it's doubly bad in that a lot of his supporters are totally new to this whole thing. They've never been involved so every little quirk in the system is some vast conspiracy to hurt Bernie. It's kind of cute in a way that they think the Democratic party is that competent.

Not so sure about that. If the primary really was rigged, I feel like Hillary would've clinched by now. Or did I miss the Establishment memo where they said the primary would go all the way down to the last month so that way The People will never suspect a thing?

He can pretty much BS, there's no penalty or punishment for lying, that's why the tax returns are so important.

I agree with you, but I think we're one degree removed from empathy even being the issue. It goes back to something my mom mentioned: Bernie seems to lack curiosity about....anything. I mean, his policy positions haven't changed in 30 years..but the world has. Instead of him trying to explore why nothing he's been promoting hasn't been even debated seriously, he immediately jumps to it's all corruption. Everyone that's not him is "morally bankrupt" (his words defining the democratic party, not mine.)

It's like me telling my boss 30 times I want a $10 an hour raise. If she shoots me down each time, at a certain point, I have to sit there and explore why she's saying no. The crux of his issue is that he wants everyone else to get on his ideological level, irrespective of the reality of the world in which we live.

That's why he boils everything down to economic injustice. It's something he understands, probably from his personal life. He reminds me of that kid in my undergrad ethics class. He learned about egoism, and that was that. He hooked himself to that horse and wouldn't entertain other ideas because this one little theory checked all of the boxes that were important to him. Instead of seeing how his world view was not entirely indicative of what was actually going on, he tried to force the world into his box of how it is/should be instead of being willing to mold his theory into the real world.

Isn't Morning Joe a Trump supporter?

Morning Joe is basically the one conservative show on MSNBC. They love to bash Hillary, stir up shit in the Democratic party, gave Trump a platform last year only dwarfed by Hannity, and when called on their shit they pull "both sides are the same" or O'Reillian tactics so that the dissenters can't say facts.

I remember making the same argument, but using his lack of policy specifics as my reasoning. You don't spend as much time as he has in Congress, fighting the same fight for decades, and then be unable to articulate details on how you plan to get there.

What does he get? You have time to say you aren't going to pull any quotes but none to summarize it? Get outta here with dropping random links like that.

The tldr of the article is that Bernie's career has been built on winning impossible elections so it's not surprising that he hasn't quit this one, but that doesn't mean that he won't be pragmatic when he loses.

Sorry. I'm just tired of seeing people drop links and bolt, it gets old.

Yeah, I'm just shocked by Bernie's attitude and ignorance (if that!). One would have reasonably thought he'd have done his research on how the Dem primary worked when he switched to being a Democrat and decided to make a run for the candidacy of this country's highest office...

At this point Bernie not having researched something is par for the course...

I said something similar before. Him not being a Democrat is the major reason he lost.

No, I think your response was fair. It is super annoying when people do that. I don't mind as much with text articles but I really can't be bothered with random fucking Youtube videos.

I just happened to read through it and thought I could summarize.

For real. I don't have time during the work day for your 13 minute videos, just post an article

I feel this way about most videos in general. I'd rather just read.

From the NH poll:

Americans are economically illiterate.

Hillary seems to want to blow up this myth of Trump being economically savvy with her attacks and her "why won't Trump show his tax returns?" Twitter trolling.
