My nephew needs yet another surgery for his vascular malformation; it's exhausting how much the family has gone to Boston for surgeries physically, mentally, emotionally, and financially. Right now they're focusing on the veins in his neck the most because it's slightly hard for Mal to breath at times when the swelling gets bad; right now we're on surgery number 5.
