And I have no idea who you are.

I can't recall a single post from you regarding "your Bulls" on here before it got "safe" in 2011.

But whatevs! Welcome aboard!

I started liking them last year. I don't post here often. Which team are you rooting for?

Darren Collison optimistic for Game 3

I actually hope he returns so we can sweep them fair and square!

"we" can sweep them fair and square.

Coming from a guy that prolly has no idea Ron Artest once played on "his" Bulls.

Nah. I knew Artest played for them way back in 1999. I followed the team but just not as much as I do now.

Artest on the Bulls brings back a lot of memory. I still remember when the Bulls beat the Lakers that season, who were defending champs at the time (how things have changed!), and he cried afterwards. Of course, the Bulls then traded him to the Pacers for Jalen Rose. Yeah, Jalen Rose, lol.

So what if somebody becomes a fan off a team because of a player or because its doing well. Thats human like. You have guys who are life longs, and you have guys who get tempted or drawn in by recent succes or good players.
Nothing to be ashamed off. Its not like i was from LA or what ever when i started following the lakers in 04-05. I just fell in love with the game of basketball and liked kobe and the lakers.
Has to start somewhere.

Remember Corey Benjamin???

My favorite hyped Bull.

This is neogaf, bandwagoners are frowned upon here (as they should be).

In his defense, ron doesn't remember much about his time on the bulls either.

Can you just enlighten me instead of patronizing?
LebRon fan when he was with the CAVS. Has since disappeared since he went to the Heat, or maybe he's a Heat fan...either way Gloria approves.

I agree, too many sticks up the asses here.

I've liked the Bulls since the Oakley/Orlando Woolridge days(Dave Corzine too) but I am too old to take offense to a young whippersnapper that gets into a club because a player excites him.

Maybe it takes a certain player to get someone into basketball period.

That can only be a good thing.

When the team is bad again, will they still be watching? Probably not.

Hell yeah, him and Marcus Fizer, lol. I remember in one of those press conferences back then, one of those young Bulls claimed to be the next Jordan, lol.

You would say that, aren't you a laker And real madrid fan? or was it FC Barcelona?

So it doesn't get to you even a teeny tiny little bit when someone says "YEAH GO BULLS WOOO", then sees Omer Asik and says "wait who's that white guy?"

Of course you did!

That's like the Pavlov's dog response to a comment like that here but maybe you were just having fun.

I wasn't bragging, just saying that as a Bulls fan since I was old enough to watch the game, I don't take it serious enough to be offended by someone that maybe is late to the party.

As long as they aren't completely absurd in their casualness, doesn't insult me at all.

Wasn't he banned? I remember him returning, though, for a short period of time, so maybe he did disappear.

I think the bigger problem is people who only show support when their team matters. It's fine if you pick a team originally even if it's because of one player with me, so long as you stick with them the rest of the way and still maintain a legit fanhood.

But people who stop caring when the team sucks and only cares when they're good are annoying.
