12 minutes into License to Kill and it is already better than the entirety of Octopussy. The stunt in the cold opening is better than all of the stunts in Octopussy, the music is MUCH better, and it has Benicio Del Toro/ED from Twin Peaks/FBI Special Agent Big Johnson from Die Hard.

I just thought the booking was bad at the end due to the ref having 5 minutes to make a count whilst old men walked slowly to the ring and postured, other than that I remember the shitty Henry elimination, and the shitty Show turn. I'll need to give it a re-watch though.

I liked Dalton a lot in The Living Daylights, but didn't care much for the movie. License to Kill is looking like it is going to be a Bond edition of Miami Vice.

If you watch it, just skip to the last 7 or 8 minutes. The only highlight is Bernard unable to put up with TARU's shit anymore and throwing him down and Suwama's german suplex. And all of that is at the end. Old man Choshu throws out some lariats. I guess some people like that because, for some unknown reason, people like Riki Choshu.

his last few wins over ambrose kinda meant something. he def looks strong over ambrose. both look like midcard guys who would get crushed by part timers, cena (only top star right now), and reigns if they were booked with him. just pitiful. rollins doesn't look much better and neither does ziggler. nobody on their roster looks believably strong except cena and reigns and then brock miles ahead of those two. I want heyman to cut a shoot promo on reigns live on raw but that'll never happen.

Bray's got charisma, presence and a workable gimmick. That he never talks about anything and nothing comes of his talking is bad writing. If that's on him fine, but I think the writers are having him give his pointless sermons because he did it well for months on end and they won't stop leaning on it like a crutch. It would stop being annoying if there was a sense of build to it, or an endgame in sight.

Anyone ever notice Anderson works at the exact same speed throughout an entire match? Like he has no sense of pacing whatsoever. He's either selling on the ground or moving at the same speed throughout the match regardless of length and amount of time spent in the ring.
This tag match is constantly putting over Naito as the babyface getting the tar kicked out of him and he does an amazing job of it. So amazing that it is just highlighting Anderson constantly working at X-Division squash match speed.
