Guys, I was literally legit shook last night. Had the chills BAD and did all I could to wrap myself up in blankets, sweat pants, and a hoodie while my teeth were chattering and my body was shaking. Bathroom trips galore. Feeling a bit better this morning, but man...that sucked.

Never again will you look directly into an eclipse.

I'm glad Nikki wanted and got a boob job. Good for her. Anything that raises your self esteem without hurting anyone else is dope.

What if touch based games featuring 1,000 year old demons raises your self-esteem?

Those damage others by perpetuating a cycle of child porn and functions as a gateway into more dudes treating women (and kids) as objects. Never mind the occult problems!

I hate to sound like a mark, but I was honestly interested when it was first announced and there were like big AAA's coming to it. The idea of practicing MK9 or UMVC3 on the go with minimal compromise (unlike Tekken 6 on PSP) sounded great.

But once all the big companies abandoned it I lost interest.

pretty much the same with me. wont lie though, if capcom announced that the Devil May Cry HD Collection and/or DMC4 were getting ported to Vita i'd drop the money for it instantly

So the Vita was created by the devil.

It's more like a tool used by the debbil.

real talk - vita is something id like to own but i'm pretty sure id only use it for PS4 remote play

There's an ok backcatalogue, but...

That's been the biggest problem. I like japanese weirdo shit, but I have limits. I like zany ideas, and zany games, but stripping children is NOT what I'm here for, so most of the releases the Vita gets I either have already played on PC, can buy on PC for 99 cents, or are child-touching games. Most of em. Still, there's some solid games. I'd encourage anyone with the money to spring for a Wii U instead though. It's ALMOST portable!

Though it is slightly sad that she says her favourite part of her body is her fake tits.

Hey, if I got a 36 inch dick implanted, it'd be my favorite part of my body. I can understand it being money well spent.

Yeah people typically lurrrvve their investments.

F the vita's bubble interface too. Sucks that there's finally some hardware that can do justice to XMB and it gets dropped.

Yeah, I've heard solid things about the Vita's game catalog but it's just that most of those games straight up don't appeal to me.

+1 on encouraging people to get a Wii-U instead. Wii-U is a damn fine system.

Lack of the XMB is maybe my one single complaint about the PS4 OS

So not worth it
The Wii U's signal doesn't even reach my toilet, and I live in a 2-bedroom appartment for christs sake, it's not like it's far away or anything.

Portable my ass, it's barely more portable than a wired SNES controller was.

Vita's Remote Play is so much better, if you want to get a Wii U because you can play off-TV, I can't do anything other than advise you to get a Vita instead.

It would be nice if they released a LR2/LR3 peripheral for the Vita though.

Nintendo would be smart to announce some kind of signal booster peripheral for the Wii-U I think. The device's strength is just strong enough to make it through the wall into my apartment's bedroom but it does need to be a tad more powerful.

The fighting genre's pretty well represented even with the vita's lackluster roster of retail games which is cool, at least compared to its competition. I've played most of them except Injustice and they're really good ports especially the capcom ones.

I also wonder how much the dual touch screen thing thing for Vita turned off a lot of bigger developers. I kind of think that if the Vita was just a beefier PSP with a second analog stick it would have fared better than having gimmick wannabe iPad shit

I don't think it would have mattered much to be honest, not many people these days are going to purchase full retail price portable games besides the ones starring Mario, Link, Pokemon, MH (in Japan).

Probably right. Honestly there were a bunch of things going against the Vita

#1 - it's a portable not made by nintendo (granted the PSP had decent sales in the long run)
#2 - gimmicky touch screen shit instead of just being a dual analog PSP
#3 - grossly over priced memory cards
#4 - abandoned by bigger dev studios pretty quickly

The Wii U isn't meant to be THAT portable, it's meant to shut up children while their FOKES watch American Idol

I can play Smash in bed so I'm good to go.

I can't, though to be fair, our houses have concrete and brick and mortar instead of wood like is common in the US far as I can tell, so that might be make a huge difference in the range since the signal won't go through a concrete wall for shit, let alone two.

Looks like our friend Mechashiva watched Inoki's Bom Ba Ye live. Nice. Here's a pic from his Facebook:

Interesting tidbit on the Bryan & Vinny show today, apparently, in 2014: Only 18 of the Raw main events ended with a clear winner. All the other shows either had a fuck finish DQ (or other shenanigans) or ended with a segment, rather than a match. Also, around Mania, there was an 11 week period where there was only one main event match with a proper finish. There was another 8 week period later on without a main event with a clear finish too.
Full list: http://www.moronball.com/?p=2619

I kind of want to go through and find out how many of the clean wins belonged to Cena.

There were a lot of midcard DQs this year too. The roster has been so small and they have no idea how to book two people strongly.

TNA probably deserves credit for using re-sign correctly. Past performance would indicate they'd be more likely to use resign.

007 The World is Not Enough (1999)

Man, these movies suck. Poor Pierce. I don't even know what it was about because I was drinking and playing the horn line to Goldfinger over and over on my keyboard with various instruments for most of the movie. I'm thinking about writing a dark reprise kind of Bond theme. There was a scene with James and CHRISTMAS JONES in an oil pipeline. I remember a boat doing a barrel roll. A big skiing chase scene. It was basically a shitty Roger Moore movie with late 90s/early 00s nonsense in it. I didn't like it. Do not bother.

Real bummer is that Desmond Llewelyn died shortly after the movie was made in a car wreck. John Cleese was introduced as his trainee, so I assume he would have been done as Q by the next movie anyway, but that he died the way he did is a real bummer. I love Q.

As someone who bought a Kindle Fire just to play Hearthstone easier, a cheap Vita purely for remote play is a fine purchase.
