I had close to this roll on Spare, the Messenger, and two god roll Hopscotch before Y2 nerfs and they shredded.

Two burst kill, low-ass ttk. If it's remotely near what it used to be, it would be one of the best primaries in the game.

Todd, it's been a pain to connect--you have to make sure http:// and not https:// is the prefix for the URL in your browser. I thought GAF was down for almost a week, too. But it's just that they removed SSL/https from the site.

My browser (Chrome) autocompletes as https:// despite dumping cache and creating a manual exception for it. I have to manually type the whole URL every time I want to visit. Really cutting in on my DGAF motivation.

Oh... I just thought the whole website was down. These past few days have been a struggle.

Just saw Todd's message on PSN and I'm like "huh?"

Then I come here and see his posts and I'm like "Oooohhh."

Yeah, I was having problems on the desktop version. Had to clear the cache (Firefox) to finally connect. Had no problems on mobile.

Question about the Updated guns coming in the patch on Tuesday.

They have said they're bringing some of the old-fav Legendaries up to Y2 status. Are these Y2 versions only going to be acquired by new drops, or if we still have them in our vault, will they just get an Infuse node to use? I still have my cherished duo of the old vendor Saterienne Rapier (Outlaw, Firefly) and a dropped Longbow (Outlaw, Unflinching), and would love to just bring them up to Y2 levels. Have they said anything in detail about these items?

I'm down to run trials bounties.

Keep the last 2 bounties for marks and the silver and gold for the chance at exotic gear.

Whether they will decrypt to the new gear is unknown.

Only from drops. We will not be able to infuse or upgrade the ones we have from Y1. More specifically you can only get the Y2 versions from Vanguard and Crucible rank up packages. So for example, the Longbow can only be obtained randomly from a Crucible rank up package.

Yes they did talk about this, and you are going to have to find the Year 2 versions again (Vendor rank up packages if I remember correctly) -- no infusion for the old Year 1 weapons.

You won't be able to grab new ones next week, or at least you cant at the moment if you hold onto them past weekly reset

Though next week the Gold bounty will be available everyday, so you may as well cash them now

From what I understand, "Neogaf.com" (the homepage) was down, but I was able to type in the direct link to any of the forums on here and load up just fine. I just couldn't get to the homepage, on desktop or on mobile.

Hoping for some help please. Just rebought the game after not playing since launch, but the game thinks my level 30 has never played. I have all these starter quests and I'm not sure what to do.

They introduced the questification of all the storylines in the game with The Taken King. The game remembers you've completed those missions, but you'd have to play them over again to complete the questlines (which is unnecessary), you can just discard the quests and they'll be out of your UI and in a kiosk in the tower if you ever want to revisit them.

I've been having problem with Destiny... T_T

I tried to start the game the day before (I last played it about 4 days before that) and upon starting connection it booted me out to the PS4 start screen with an CE-30005-8 error message. then when I try to go back in again it gave me the same message. after three times I decided to delete the game and reinstall, but the same error still persists even after I've done it three times now. and yes, I did take the disc out and clean it before trying and I had also tried other games and BluRay and those went just fine... any suggestions?

Sounds like your hard drive may be failing. You can try to reformat and reinstall the PS4 OS, or you might have to get a new hard drive if your PS4 is out of warranty.
