So among those who lean left, are you afraid of a Rubio/Haley ticket? Basically, you want a Trump victory so he'll get crushed in the general by Billary and Castro?

Rubio would get torn in two during a debate with Hillary. The man can barely handle the primary debates and the GOP bench this year is hilariously weak. I want Trump because he'll be the funniest option out of everyone.

Personally, I don't think Bernie is going anywhere anytime soon regardless of the results tonight. Although I doubt he will be able to keep the pace up, his January fundraising numbers will provide him with more than enough financing to stay in. He will try to effect the discussion as long as possible.

GOP one should be over before the Democratic one. That one might take 3+ hours? Maybe more? Clinton should start the night with a bigger lead than she'll end up with because the bigger precincts in big cities are where Sanders will be stronger and those will take a longer time to organize and finish than the smaller rural precincts.

Gotcha. Since the votes are tallied as they come in, we should know around 10-11ish the winner?

I agree he isn't going anywhere, but the Clinton stable of minority support cannot be shaken by Bernie and his supporters. His crowd photos are lily white.

Yes, I'm not delusional, I think Clinton would be favored to lose to that ticket. Of course, Rubio and Haley are both the subjects of some interesting rumors that I wonder increased presidential scrutiny might substantiate. Probably not though.

Rumors? I know the Rubio ones, but Haley? Dish dude, dish.

Guys, you really don't want to have this conversation again.

Trust me.

Seriously, it'll make your brain hurt.

Ftr Pollster averages have Clinton beating Trump by 6, Bernie tied with Trump.

Btw I think Hillary would beat Rubio but it would be a pretty small victory. Rubio swings Florida, Ohio and Iowa of Obama states leaving Hillary with 279 and the Senate would be tied or a small GOP majority.

Looks like Rubio's 3-2-1 strategy has suffered the soft bigotry of low expectations:

Because of this, the Rubio campaign argues that as long as their candidate can dominate the establishment field in the early primaries, Republican donors will soon pressure the others occupying that space — chiefly Bush, Gov. Chris Christie of New Jersey and Gov. John Kasich of Ohio — to leave the race. Until that happens, Rubio’s advisers assert, Rubio can stay even with Trump and Cruz in the overall delegate count simply by winning Florida and Ohio on March 15 while placing third in the 33 other contests up to that point. Once the party does anoint Rubio as the last, best hope to defeat Trump and Cruz, money will pour in and delegate-rich states like New York, Pennsylvania and California will follow.

Rubio's 3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-1-1 strategy!

Shrillobites are more delusional about their candidate's electoral prospects than BronieBerns are about theirs against Trollnald Dump's.

Or was that the other way around? ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Alright, it's officially time to burn this election cycle to the ground and start over. It's gone too far.

I don't think Hillary will win against Trump.

An former aide of hers(and owner of a somewhat popular South Carolina conservative blog) claimed he had an affair with her back during her first run for governor. It's pretty unsubstantiated and probably bullshit.

I think it's more likely we'll find out Bill has been slicking his willy with a young volunteer or someone.

When do the the Iowa caucuses end?

Each caucus shouldn't take longer than an hour and a half and results are fed to the Iowa Democratic Party instantaneously so there's no vote counting per se. Should start coming in around 9 PM EST and concluded by 11 PM EST; I'd be surprised if it took longer.

You forgot to add the 10 minutes necessary for Microsoft to cook the books for our Queen.
