This whole thing is shameful.

He just wanted the media attention, and with his lies and his non-apology he is now going to turn to this when asked about the birther issue and say he has said Obama is American and act like there's no reason to go further.

This whole thing is pathetic. The media needs to stop being so petty about Clinton and grow a backbone and not let the Trump campaign get away with this shit.

Now that someone pointed out the spaces before the exclamation points, they are very weird. Is this a tribal in-group thing among Trump supporters, the way some insist on calling him Mr. Trump?

Media should be pissed. He didn't apologize and just reinforced that statement that people were calling bullshit on. They need to take him to task over his history in the birther movement

Well, he did mock his own press corp yesterday when they were delayed, and he constantly attacks anyone giving him what he considers poor coverage. They should have wised up long ago.

Man, his press pool is going nuts on Twitter. I guess they spent five minutes standing on chairs shouting questions at him while he ignored them, then left to give some cameras a tour of the hotel--and wouldn't let the press pool come.

This is some shady shit and I hope this is highlighted in actual coverage.

Haha, everyone just got played hard by Trump. Fucking hell, that Ailles and Breibart backing have been revolutionary for his campaign. Don't expect this shit to stick for more than the afternoon. No one cares about this anymore. He not only got to plug his hotel, get felated by military heroes, stand next to black people, but then got to take credit for ending the birther movement that he pins on Hillary. LOL. Amazing. This is a fucking nightmare.

Turning the media against him is the absolute worst thing Trump could have done at this point. They've basically been giving him free screentime.
