So Pfizer is not moving overseas, specifically citing Treasury's new rules on tax inversions. NPR was crediting this as Obama administration's success, and how the new rules were specifically created to target Pfizer. Seriously, thanks Obama.

Cruz is running the best campaign this year IMO. I think he's well positioned to win a contested convention in spite of Trump as well as establishment anger. The GOP passed an anti-Ron Paul convention rule which requires candidates to win 8 states in order to receive the nomination. There's no logical reason for the Cruz or Trump campaigns to agree to waive that rule so I don't buy any of the talk about Romney, Ryan, etc being nominated.

Trump blew it. Whether it was hubris or pure stupidity I don't know, but he has had one of the worst months I've ever seen from a potential nominee.

I agree completely with your first paragraph. Cruz has run a great campaign. He seems like he's able to squeeze out every last Cruz voter in an area. And I really don't think it'll be anyone other than Cruz or Trump. Like you said, they can fight back on any rule change.

I'm still not sold Trump has blown it, though. I agree this last month was just shockingly bad, but I'm still waiting to see it effect the race.

Grassley called out John Roberts for making the court political with his votes. This is the biggest pot calling the kettle black I've heard in some time. Grassley seems to think he's more objective (or knows how the court should have ruled) better than the Chief Justice. That's cohones.

Not only that, but he was against Zadroga. There are three thing all NYers agree on: we have the best pizza, we have the best bagels, and Zadroga needed to be reauthorised. He was never going to do well here.

It's closer to being a tabloid than it is to being the NYTimes, but they still do good reporting when it matters.
