"It's good that our allies are rattled by me."-Trump.

"Obama has let Japan take advantage of us."-Trump

"Paul Manafort doesn't know anything about my VP selection." -Trump, employer of Paul Manafort.

"Obama could never find the solution to the Muslim problem." - Man who talks about wanting to start a Nationalist Worker's Party.

"Hey dumbfuck, the free market killed coal, what the fuck are you talking about." -Wyoming reporter

*Random nonsense* -Trump

Trump's speech is amazing.

If he was combining this economic platform with a progressive social platform (and ditched the racism), I'd actually consider voting for him.

A reminder to everyone that didn't believe me when I said that there were many areas of overlap between Bernie and Trump supporters with respect to isolationism and anti-globalism. Called me nuts. And yet...

On another note: Hillary supporters! I asked this before, but it's time to ask this again. What is the single most important issue for you this election cycle? You may be somewhat broad.

SCOTUS and therefore generally winning the election in November. I'm a pretty big fan of Obama's policies and would generally like to see them continued. Just having a Democrat in office will help prevent going back on the ACA, Dodd-Frank, net neutrality, and the EPA ruling. Anything else that gets passed (immigration reform, grand bargain, cap and trade or carbon tax) would be icing in the cake.

Supreme Court above all. Started out as a Bernie supporter that would reluctantly support Hillary due to the SC. As the primary has moved on I have moved solidly into Hilldawg's camp due to several other of her positions, but SC remains the most important. That affects pretty much every other issue that I want tackled

I mean, beating Trump is the #1 issue, which ties into keeping the progressive ball rolling, which in so many ways will rely on getting the right people elected to the Supreme Court.

Not gonna be broad at all: paid family (I'm thinking parental, specifically) leave. The lack of it is very harmful to kids and low-income workers, and still harmful to middle and high income workers. I don't care what else happens if that somehow makes it through. I don't care if Hillary has to assassinate another ambassador or deputy counsel.

Ignoring SCOTUS because it's kind of a no-brainer, healthcare reform is my biggest issue in politics. I want the next president to work on expanding ACA, not repeal it.

Supreme Court

Supreme Court.

In a tangible sense, the Supreme Court. But also LGBT issues. I feel like we're at a crossroads, and I want someone who gets how gender impacts all aspects of society. Because I believe that homo/transphobia is rooted in misogyny, I believe we need aPresident who will go to bat on that.
