I got my ps3 back to try to finally learn this game. I randomly decide to try to learn painwheel, so I look up her her bnb's. I see what look like a couple decent combos...... but then I realize its just one combo. :S I'm not used to doing so many inputs for a single combo. Oh well. Time to buckle down and get it done.

Yeah, there are more than a few long combos in this game. You could always just learn shorter ones and focus on her dirty reset setups and mix-ups to do the bulk of your damage.

Yeah, I was reading the beginner's guide. I have no idea how to get this part to hit:

But I'm not really worried since I still haven't been able to connect the prior reps.

Anyways, it was a nice change of pace to fight a zoning team. Personally, I think you should try Napalm Pillar instead of Egret Charge though.
Oh well. Maybe next time.
I was thinking of that for specifically the way you were coming at me, but I got stubborn because of the mistakes I kept making. Not confirming super off every successful egret charge, wrong bombs, etc.
I just kept thinking, "Nah! I can do it just fine like this!"
Fortune's fiber upper would have been a good choice too. Honestly, I'll probably play with that exact same setup again though. I feel like I can do it!

Yeah, you kinda really needed an anti air against my air dash and hairball approaches. Maybe next time we play it'll work better

That was the first time I've played SG in a while, so I was dropping combos left and right and up and down. I forgot how to end them too, so whenever I had something it never went anywhere. I should go to training mode and polish up on some stuff...
Sorry I only played Cerebella and Peacock the whole time though. They are the only two I can kind of play as.

Quarter circle forward once to do the first hit of the rekka and from there you can press punch to get the normal followup, kick to get the slide follow up, and up+kick to get the overhead.

I didn't know she had touch of death combos! The Painwheels I play always go for resets. Comboing her air super into another one is still funny to me. You think you survived only to get grinded into mush again.I was actually watching, but I had to step away a match before. Then I come back and hear painwheel scream in victory.
