Jason Kidd murdered my dog in cold blood!

The fuck?

You act as if LMA was a complete bum last year. Yes, he was asked to shoulder more of the offensive load, but it's not as if he went from Turiaf to Dwight Howard. LMA improved, but it just wasn't that much. He was already a good player.

THAT'S as good as tanking.
And David Kahn really believes that all they have to do is change coaches and add Ricky Rubio to get back to respectability. This man is about to spearhead another head coaching search. He's about to be allowed to go through another draft. It's incredible.

I will say that comparing Love to Murphy is laughable though.

2011 Timberwolves were 7th in the league in rebounding despite having one the worst rebounding SF and C in the league.
2009 Pacers were 19th.

Love is a Boozer-level player. How good you think that is depends though...

Boozer never averaged the number of rebounds in his career once that Love has in this season. Other than that and Love's 3-point shot(Which I never thought he had), they are pretty identical.

Maybe Love will turn into a Boozer/Bosh like player but this Season his rebounding average is not to be fucked with.

It's not that he improved his numbers, it's how he scored his buckets, too.

Look at his splits based on shot selection alone from previous years and this year:

Compare him to say, Pau Gasol:

Or Amare:

The only reason he doesn't average more points is because he doesn't get to the line enough. And I'm gonna keep my thoughts on that subject to myself.

He's also top 3 in dunks this season, too.

It must be nice to be able to travel and get away with it like that.

Yeah, Hibbert appreciated getting away with it at the end of the game where he was called for the offensive foul that Hansbrough is never called for but Boozer is a lot.

What is Kahn's plan? Really? I remember you telling me that he was better than Donnie right before drafted ten pgs and traded away the good one (Lawson). Do you know what he's trying to do besides drafting mediocre talent?

kahn's plan is for love to take another huge jump next year and become DPoY and lead the league in scoring, assists, and rebounds. if he averages 34-15-10 on 55% shooting and elite defense the Wolves might win 30 games.

And if they can some how petition to be considered part of the eastern conference, they could make the playoffs.

So is plans hinge on David Lee with a 3pt shot?

One thing about Rose is that he has really improved since entering the league. He's more creative than he was his rookie year, stronger, better ball handling, better shooting, more range on his shot, better defense, and he's expanded is vocabulary.

At the start of the season during an interview he asked why can't he be MVP. Nice to see a top player not pretending like he doesn't want awards. Unlike Lephoney "I don't care about the MVP" James.

There is no plan. He's assembled a roster, that he says is done, but needs "significant fine tuning", whatever that means, where the 3 best players are all power forwards. He didn't even want Kevin Love, his best player.

He's scapegoating the coach and hoping that Ricky Rubio: 1. comes over next year (he won't); 2. is the next Jason Kidd (lol). I guess he'd call that a plan.

LOL.

This post is so hilarious. Your ass called him a future bust with bum knees when he was drafted. If I remember correctly, you said Beasley should go #1.

1 Dwight Howard C ORL 227
2 Blake Griffin PF LAC 214
3 DeAndre Jordan C LAC 158
4 JaVale McGee C WAS 155
5 LaMarcus Aldridge PF POR 148
Okay, top 5. Big whoop. Either way, my point still stands.

I thought the draft should have been:

Rose
Mayo
Lopez
Gallo
Gordon
Bayless
Beasley

I never had Beasley as number 1. I even said Riley wanted Mayo while everyone else in Miami probably wanted Beasley. I was loling when they interviewed Riley after Beasley's name was called because you could see it on his face that he wasn't happy about drafting him.

Rose does have bad knees though. I only started harping on it after he started complaining about tendinitis during his first summer league. Rose has greatly improved in every way, even in the way he talks during interviews. Can't hate on a guy that works like he does and doesn't bullshit when people ask him if he should be considered for the mvp before the start of the season. I still don't think he's a pg. He's the best player at the pg position, but SG is where he would really excel.

Open your email inbox on Monday and a high-level NBA team executive has sent you a link to a website called www.refcalls.com. The message is clear: Look how lousy our refs are. Look how much they miss. Again, the NBA turns on itself like no other sport. From owners to players, coaches to officials, everything is constructed to blame someone else for why you didn’t succeed. Everyone’s so suspicious of everyone else’s motives, so unwilling to pull together and sell the greatness of the game.

He likes to go to the extreme, so Im not sure I believe it. Pretty damn funny if it is true.
