Amazingly, I dont think he's even a Bungie owner or founder And he's not an exec either. He's a long time director vet who was at the company since 1999.

I think any money he thinks he's owed from vested pay outs comes down to whether the contract says he gets it no matter what. But if it doesn't say that and leaving the company/termination means zero pay out then he's out of luck.

As for the defamation part that's a separate issue to me.
