Tried out the Tracer Tass combo with a friend. He's new to the game but it went pretty well, racked up three wins which puts me at eight in a row.

Haha took the video down already. I'm glad I got to see it though. Chromie and Medivh will be good additions, but I'm still hoping that Za'Muro the Blademaster gets released at some point.

Totally gonna be another mount bundle with Chromie and that Hell Billie... They must have astronomical attach rates for those mount bundles.

Finally got to see it. HOLY SHIT BOYS!

Okay, so thoughts:

- Medivh model is as baller as Greymane's and Kael'thas'. He's gonna be awesome.

- Chromie doesn't look all that cool cause she's a gnome, but I'm still intrigued about the hero.

- The Elemental Wolf seems like a new baseline mount and the Epic Elemental Wolf is a shop mount...maybe? Doesn't really make sense otherwise IMO, but /shrug.

- I think we talked about this a while back, but Hell Billie (or some variation on the Billie mounts) was inevitable...gotta keep even those small time purchasers spending at least $5 or $10 a year and this is a good way to do that while also rewarding your loyal customers with a little something extra.

- Widowmaker Nova skin looks cool visually, but the ability changes are hardly noteworthy.

- New Tyrande skin is along the same lines as Super Sonya and co?

- FUCKING MEDIVH HYPE

Her normal skin hair not so much.

Actually it looks like a male gnome haircut with buns... I let my wow sub lapse or I would go find it.

Hell Billie should be a reward for buying an item from the shop if it's like the other ones. No reason for it not to be, but it does also match her skin.

Yeah, I agree. But it matches so well I think it'll be a bundle. What doesn't make sense if that's the case then what does Medivh come with?

Well, hopefully they go back to hero + skin only bundles. We've had a ton of hero + skin + mount ones...feels a bit exploitative. A few without wouldn't hurt IMO.

So Medivh is support with no heals? Hope he can do some kinda of AA damage or something, otherwise he's gonna be RIP for a lot of players who only QM unless his shit is just OpieOP.

Might be a retool to supports or matchmaking rules/unranked draft or something.We know some big things are coming down.

I hope this is a shift away from them balancing heroes around QM and overall winrate. I would actually start just playing Hero League outside of dailies if QM wasn't there to skew winrates up and down.

Doubt it.

Specialist would create even worse matchmaking issues because he brings like no damage to the table. Tooooons of CC and mobility though.

IIRC they went away, or wanted to anyway, from push as a classification for the role and instead make characters that do special kinda things.

Is tracer still worth playing post nerf? I'd rather play other characters that I feel require more skill if she's no longer top-tier.

I think Tracer will always be skillful since you need to manage her blinks and rewind so you don't get blown up. Aside from that, I don't know how she is post-nerf. I'd imagine she still is pretty samey.

her skill floor is pretty low imo, she isn't particularly harder than Li Ming, not nearly the same impact though, and it's even more difficult to get punished with her.

This would be huge. Dunno how they would do it though. It's so ingrained in this game. Wouldn't they have to nerf healing all around?

Well, they could fix it to a large degree just by fixing a few of the heroes classifications...they don't necessarily have to get rid of it altogether (though I know many prefer that), just fix the outliers and what constitutes a "passable comp" in QM.
