I just started playing games again, month or two, since the original release of the PS2 so I'm slowly working my way back in.

Got Infamous from that Best Buy deal but just found the package that it came in buried on my desk. Black Ops os fun but having never played any of the other COD up until a month ago when I got a used copy of World at War, I find that I hover near the bottom of the score board. GT5 is pretty fun haven't played since GT3, but hands down my favorite of the lot is Uncharted, got to play the second one now.


Also grabbed these two because I loved the first one back in the day and my PS2 still works.

And finally a set of trusty Sony MDR V6s sound great for the money, at least to my untrained ear.

Best keyboards ever although I'm a lite user since the pro model is out of my price range.

I'm still tripping over the layout sometimes, my fingers are not really trained to hit Control above Shift. Though, for some reason the Delete key being where it is was natural from the get go.

The switches and keycaps on the Pro are ridiculously nice, though. I won't be using anything else for a long time.

Yes, a blue or a red one, those bundles do not come with the Special Edition of Infamous 2 though, but sometimes working at a gamestore has its advantages.

That V3-SE has an interesting color scheme. Reminds me of Hazama

Yeah, a bit like the Blazblue character, for sure. This is a strange Hori controller. A mix of the standard Astro green with a chartreuse highlight. Totally against what any sensible design smarts would occupy. Fun stuff, nonetheless, since it is official. I guess I'll use it for PSN content. And a fun one since not too many folks have it!

BTW, leaving for the middle east for my job for a year (read: deployment). No internet, no buying. Might post something from my trip around europe in a few weeks, prior to leaving...maybe Ocarina remake...but, if not then see you next summer 2012! Have fun with all the cool new hardware!

If you hold L+R and then press either Y or X, it changes the color of the screen from black and white to the old green style. You have the choice of either.
