Genshiken is awesome

I am so glad they are adding more to the anime but I still am waiting for the last volume so I can finish the manga.

I went to Ikea today and picked up a stand. I just finished building it.

I already found homes for the Dreamcast, Saturn, and the N64. I love storage :)

Technically only 3 360 games and 1 of the CDs are September pick ups, but whatever:

X360 Elite (minus 100€ discount), Guitar Hero 2, PGR 3 (classic), Rockstar Presents Table Tennis, Perfect Dark Zero;
DS Lite (white) with Anno 1701 as a freebie (check out errors ftw), Yoshi's Island DS, Dr. Kawashimas Brain Training;
Anno 1701 Limited Edition (PC), Port Royal 2;
21 CDs

STREET FIGHTER III: 3rd Strike Fight For the Future...The Limited Edition.

Now this is a Limited Edition.

I've been after this ever since they stopped selling it at Playasia. xD So glad I managed to track down an absolute mint condition version of this. It's one of my favourite games of all time, so that was my excuse to get a proper nice version of it.

Comes with the game, a dvd of best matches and strats for each character, a 300 piece jigsaw puzzle with a seriously deranged face of Oro in there somewhere...AND a "GAMEST MOOK, Repetition Step/Forget-Basic-Not" :)lol:) guide\art and frame data book.

Not had a proper look through the book yet, but theres loads of different content in there from my Street Fighter Eternal Challenge art book I bought last year. I've got quite alot of SF stuff now, might have to dig it all out and post in the collections thread. :) Not much, but a nice set of stuff i've collected over the years.

I'm a sucker for fighting games...especially Capcom and SNK stuff. If only they released a limited edition for the Zero Anthology with some cool goodies.

Still got a NeoGeo cart of Fatal Fury Special to come through this month. Gutted that i've bought it now really, as its coming out on XBLA...AND I only just bought it for my PS2 last month via the Garou Collection 1. Nevermind...Duck King and Jubei. \o/

How much was this?!

Is that a full tower? It looks gigantic.

I hear you on the defective hardware too, My initial motherboard (ironically an Abit IP35 Pro) had everything working except for the secondary RAM slots.

I've heard nothing but bad stories about OCZ ram. :( My condolences. At least the rig is working now, right? :)

It was GeIL RAM that was the issue, it honestly felt like they just sent the RAM I had returned to them back to me, exact same problem. Yea, so far it's been good, running for 10 hours now, ran Super Pi to 32m places, ran a few passes in Memtest and been playing some games aswell.

Only real issue is Bioshock has no sound, but that's a problem with the actual game =(

Police Chase Down = Simple 2000 Ultimate Vol. 7: Saikyou! Shiro Biking
Also pretty amazed to have found a copy of Worms Pinball, the case is a bit bashed up and there's no manual, but the disc is fine. :]

with the game? why would you have bioshock with no sound, unless its pirated.

There's some issue with Bioshock where there is no sound at all, seems it's a Vista problem and is pretty common (alot of people complaining on the 2k forums).

Edit: Seems it was a problem with the Realtek HD drivers, just uninstalled them and used the plain old Windows ones and now it works.

AAh, so that's why I didnt get sound when I was playing the demo. So odd...

Originally on Playasia, I believe it was $70-80 and if I remember correctly...the shipping matched the price to the (or not much lower) UK atleast, so about $120-150. I scored that one myself for about £70 which is more or less what I would have had to pay if I ordered from PA.

First of many for the month. Have an order on the way from play-asia.

Found this in a Northern Ontario Zellers store for $14.99 CAD.

Edit: Too bad the shit doesn't work on a PS3, even with a PS2>PS3 adapter. Still, box is awesome...especially the warnings on the back :p
