Libel is a weird reason. Because Trump is a famous public figure, you basically have to prove the story was a deliberate malicious lie to destroy someone.

There's like no chance of him doing that considering how newsworthy this would be.

Well there's a set of limited scenarios:

- Kompromat doesn't exist/wasn't leaked (just gossip);
- Media outlets think it's too graphic;
- Media outlets are too afraid of legal ramifications (like how NBC botched the Access Hollywood tape), although I agree Trump has a really hard case to prove libel, maybe the media outlets are being too overzealous in their investigation

Assuming that both British and American media have something, the legal argument does sound a bit weak.

But holy shit intel agencies don't like Trump, they might want to weigh in.

I don't know what direction Michigan is going in, but Hillary got my vote via absentee ballot a few weeks ago.

I can tell you anecdotally that I know as many people planning to vote Trump as Clinton and those Trump voters aren't the demographics you'd think. I talking pretty highly educated people, University of Michigan educated with Masters degrees. Age range is 35-65. Not hurting financially at all, never been unemployed. A few of them are even people who voted for Obama. Their votes seem to be more antiestablishment than pro Trump from conversations I've had. This is all to say I have no idea what the electorate is going to do in this state.

I'm driving from Miami to Orlando tomorrow just to vote. I will ponder the whole way there if I'm really going to vote for Clinton or if I will write some random person's name in. I will not vote for Trump, but not sure I will vote for her. I feel really conflicted. I will vote on the issues and against Little Marco.
