What if Trump wins... less than 270? What parameters of Dems voter fraud will there be then?

They will though. Because white men.

And I would hope a generation of young Hispanics will reward the party of H Clinton for giving them, their parents or grandparents a path. And punish the GOP for blocking it.

Yeah, this is exactly what I meant. They'll know that all that is blocking them from it is the GOP. (Another reason Dems need to be relentless about trying, for as long as it takes.)

What a contrast in voting between NV and NC: NC is open only until 1:00 today and closed tomorrow, to limit people (particularly minorities) from voting. Nevada is keeping things open as long as it takes.

The GOP is really not a fan of democracy.

Edit: Dems are trying to extend voting hours today.

Ali Vitali reporting Trump cancelling visit to Wisconsin for Minnesota instead. He's scrambling all over the place.

Nah she said he cancelled Wisconsin, and he separately mentioned Minnesota at a rally, but is not scheduled to be there. Assume typical Trump fabrication.

What she saying?
Literally nothing. "Well, it's probably going to be close, but Ohio did vote for Obama in 2008 and 2012, and the Secretary in the primaries in 2008 and 2016, so....you know. We'll see."

The segment was on early voting. Anyone would have been preferable.

Disenfranchisement was only supposed to be a short term tactic to give the GOP time to retool their base. Then Roberts gutted the VRA for em and the dog caught the car, but this time the dog had spent the last five decades learning to drive and carjacked America before driving over a cliff. Sad!

Silver isn't going to get shamed for his model

As long as Hillary's odds stay above 50% (and they will) he can save face

He's built enough of a reputation through the past decade of models that one shaky cycle isn't going to get him exiled from the secret cabal of election psychics

80% of the tweets for #PodestaEmails31 are Trumpkins claiming that "walnut sauce" and "pizza" are code for raping little girls.

These leaks are so boring that they can't actually discuss the emails anymore without looking like dummies.

Straight out of the Gamergate playbook. When you've got nothing, try pinning kiddie porn on the enemy.

Nope. It's like a buffet. Spend too much time staring, and the workers will ask if you need help

She has had her moments going against trump knuckleheads.

#GamerGate only did this after it was revealed that the main Gater website (8ch) was infested with child porn though.

So maybe there's a Trump child porn scandal coming.

The brilliant and talented Kellyanne Conway is as dumb as a box of rocks.

"because our children are listening" right Hillary?Jay Z drops the n-word, f-bomb during concert for Hillary Clinton

I am not super confident on Wang. He really blew 14. He also blew 04 but that was legitimately close.

I do like Drew Linzer and Godcohn.

Get ready to pay a lot more tolls and water bills under a Trump presidency.

Under Trump's plan—at least as it's written (more on that in a minute)—the federal government would offer tax credits to private investors interested in funding large infrastructure projects, who would put down some of their own money up front, then borrow the rest on the private bond markets. They would eventually earn their profits on the back end from usage fees, such as highway and bridge tolls (if they built a highway or bridge) or higher water rates (if they fixed up some water mains). So instead of paying for their new roads at tax time, Americans would pay for them during their daily commute. And of course, all these private developers would earn a nice return at the end of the day.

Unsurprised at the Latino surge. Everyone knows that the season premiere of any good show sets up the season finale perfectly. Election 2016 is no different.

Is there a mechanism in place to stop a "filibuster" of the poll booths?

Not as written. But polling sites have legal recourse to move an intransigent voter out of the way, like into a different corner if it's paper ballot. It's a bit more tricky for electronic voting machines though.

Is it wrong to be wary of Clinton's supreme court picks? Unless the Democrats manage to get a majority, she'll probably nominate some more milquetoast moderates like Merrick Garland. Judges that are more staunchly left-wing would probably be passed over.

After her experience with insurgent candidates this time around, I'm skeptical she'll push for campaign finance reform to heavily.

Her entire first term legacy will be her SCOTUS appointments, barring a Black Swan event. Why do you fear she's some shifty, Federalist Society hack playing the 30yr long-con. Her husband gave us RBG. You think she didn't have input on that?

Campaign Finance Reform isn't some panacea. All it will do is pull the curtains back on where the money comes from. SCOTUS isn't going to rebuke money=speech without Congress pushing the issue with legislation first.
