No doubt, the arguments presented here will be distorted by some, and manipulated by others, especially because few people in politics care to scrutinize their own political party. Sadly, these issues are also tools for hate-filled people to further their own agendas. As for my writing, the usual ad hominem attacks against me can’t erase history, or Hillary Clinton’s “abysmal” racial justice record, and racism against Obama in 2008.

Goodman knows his audience and writes for them, nothing out of the ordinary there.

Of course Clinton supporters will have actually have things to hold their interest once the primary is over, but for now he can count on the clicks.

I've never "met" a Trump supporter either, but I know for a fact I saw one yesterday. I was walking near a construction zone and some workers were using 2x4s to lower a fire hydrant into position in a freshly poured concrete sidewalk. For some reason, the 2x4s kept cracking at the ends, so they kept needing to shift in new boards. One of the workers, a "stout" young man, very loudly proclaimed, "These must be them new fucking DEMOCRAT boards. You know, these fucking DEMOCRAT boards always breaking." I was honestly shocked that the sheer vitriol behind the word "democrat" didn't physically manifest itself as acidic bile upon leaving his mouth. He was a white hot cauldron of impotent rage. I found myself thinking "that fat fuck is going to vote for Trump" (I don't have anything against overweight people, that was just the phrase that immediately leapt to mind).

Still, I can see never having contact with a Trump supporter in certain areas. You don't find them in Portland. You just don't. It's like finding a Bernie supporter in Mississippi. They're basically unicorns.

A little integrity isn't too much to ask for, though. As a writer I can promise you his shit would have been torn to shreds by my professors.

He's right, the thread should either be renamed to GayGAF or PizzaGAF to be more accurate. Maybe DrunkGAF depending on if there is a primary that night.

40% in New York + an average of 45% across the next five states = need over 80% of California to have more pledged delegates. And that's ignoring that she'll probably win New Jersey by a healthy amount.

Of course it isn't, but at a certain point you have to shrug and acknowledge it for what it is...fast food. Its fluff with no intention other to attract clicks and sharing from Sanders zealots and Clinton supporters looking for something to rant about.

I've said it before, but Bernie is fast tarnishing his whole brand reversing any decent good his "conversation" on his policies might be doing. He's a huge, insufferable hypocrite on every step of the primary process - sending a thousand different messages on the validity of superdelegrates for usurping the will of the people (despite, of course, being one himself - ANTI-ESTABLISHMENT lol), repeatedly revising what they find acceptable for political gamesmanship when it suits them. He's so anti-establishment that he changed to Democrat simply because it was more politically expedient, and has been in Washington for decades. He's completely tone deaf on race issues.

He's not even a Democrat, and has no concept of what it will actually take to push any of his comically far fetched policies because he refuses to use funds to actually help downticket Democrats. Ya know, the ones will actually be trying to push his bonkers ideals?

Bernie is a career politician whose only merits exists in raw populism with no actual shot of achieving said goals. He's all bluster. Elizabeth Warren is ten times the politician he is, frankly, for this point in time. For that matter, so was Anthony Weiner. Shame we lost that one to cock pics.

I genuinely continue to hope people vote for who they prefer, but he's a joke now and I hope when we finally get a REAL socialist running for president with a shot, that he understands how the fuck to run a campaign and actually put his ideals in a workable context. Because unlike Bernie, I actually want to see progressive laws get passed. Since ideas do shit for anyone.
