I've never given to any political campaigns personally. If I had more disposable income I'd consider some of the downticket races this election, but idk.

If the GOP had been a decent opposition party and actually respected and tried to work with the President for the past 8 years, I'd feel terrible for them for their misfortune this year. As it stands though, they deserve everything that's happened to them.

I've tried watching some of their coverage this primary cycle and the obvious lack of objectivity (and denial of reality) is excruciating to watch.

You can't just move between worlds unless you have something special like a Gummi Ship, the ability to channel darkness, a key blade glider, or that crystal thing that Mickey stole from Yen Sid. Based on Ventus's interactions with Scrooge McDuck, it's obvious that such means aren't standard or well known in Radiant Garden at the time as in the fact that there are many different worlds is supposed to be a secret. In Aqua's interactions with Kairi it's also evident that Kairi's family, or at least her grand mother doesn't know about how you can actually move between worlds.
So I just looked it up. They described it in a novel apparently. :/
"Kairi appears on the Destiny Islands during a meteor shower, appearing floating in the water on the beach; though it is believed that Ansem, Seeker of Darkness had sent Kairi to the islands as an experiment to test any possible connection between the Keyblade wielders and the Princesses of Heart, her arrival was actually due to the protective spell Aqua had cast on her one year earlier."
Aqua having that power leads to a bunch of contradictions and plot holes such as why she didn't cast it on herself or Terra when she was falling into the Realm of Darkness, but whatever. The plots convoluted enough that they could easily dance around those so I'll take that as a good explanation.

My stepfather used to work for NASA, and he told me when Nancy Reagan was at Edwards Air Force Base and they were showing her the Space Shuttle, she was running her hands across its heat tiles and everyone was inwardly screaming because she was causing an immense amount of damage.
There were some posts while I was asleep about Britain, so I thought I'd give my personal one line summary
British politics is awful at the moment, it's a brilliant demonstration of how horrible things can go when you've got a right wing party with not too many outwardly disgusting policies and the ability to keep their members on message, and the left wing are disorganised, infighting and utterly useless. The labour leadership couldn't win a high school election and their MPs would happily do a Julius Caesar to the party leader. There's also the rise of UKIP, a one issue anti Europe party. They're downright insane, but unfortunately that just makes the Conservatives look reasonable.
It's particularly funny that Corbyn only won because 35 MPs decided to nominate him. The establishment had their protective mechanism, and they decided not to use it because they didn't view him as a threat. Ho hum.
