Does the notion of state polls lagging national polls still exist? Seems like it died after 2008.
I wonder how big of a victory she will get in that state on election day. It looks like it may be turning into the next Virginia.There's a chance NC may be a blip in this election or go back to voting for republicans again in the future but I don't know enough to think that this has a chance of happening.

I am more concerned about the terror attacks. It always seems like American Citizens freak out more from the terror attacks in Europe than Europe does.
France will have massive rallies to support refugees and to stay democratic while America will talk about banning all refugees and what not.
Trump's path to White House is through the white vote. Such attacks can cause these voters to again think about their choice.

Don't diablos. Polls will be all over the place until probably the last few weeks of the election. The last major election I watched which was the federal election in Canada the polls were consistently chaotic until a few weeks before the election.The three main political parties eached moved from 3rd to 1st at certain points in the campaign and back again in some cases Even when the polls were moving closer to the actual result only 3 pollsters came close to the actual result. In this case I don't expect polls to actually start to get a grasp on what will happen on election day until late september or early october and they should be a lot more accurate than the pollsters who conducted Canadian federal election even though Hilary may have a good chance of outperforming the polls in this election.

It's pretty damn low, and it's not even accurate. God I hate that attack line so much. However much Obama gets kudos for seeing to the "withdrawal" of everything from Iraq and making sure it all "ended", even I'm entirely aware that he just finished a plan that got frameworked before he took office. Arranging that deal was one pathetic decent deed W performed on his way out to barely start the process of making up for the fact that he started it in the first place. Trying to pin any blame on Hillary is twice-removed from direct accountability.
Besides, this is a DOA talking point for the GE with Trump on the record in favor. I'm 99% certain his VP pick will have been a supporter, too. It's as if he forgots that what you say in the public eye might be recorded and/or filmed.
Hillary on FOX was interesting. Wouldn't be surprised if this isn't more baiting to get Trump into walking back into stupid media situations, days into alleged attempts to calm down and keep it to friendly outlets. "If she's got the balls to do that, I won't be upstaged! I'm smarter than her!"

New swing state polls look great for Hills. I don't understand how she can be ahead in FL and NC but the Senate races there are favoring the GOP.

As Dan Pfeiffer and Jon Favreau have said, national polls don't matter all that much, especially as we get closer to the election. They can be useful when there's less information but the state polls are what matter.
