Not a lot to work with. It's so unimaginably bad that there's "no way" it's real. Plus it's illegal as hell for both supporting Trump and hammering Clinton in the same ad by a PAC. On the other hand, something being illegal hasn't stopped Trump's campaign lately and it's about the quality of level of work you'd expect out of the guy. Plus the "it's not a scam, we swear!" factor is there. The PAC garbage disclaimer text at the end looks legit and that's a detail that I can't imagine anyone wasting their time faking. Damn, tough call. I'd lean on real.

BUT
I did call the number. It's a pre-recorded spiel and then it tells you to press 1 or say yes to support. So, I said yes, and they transferred me to a live person. They said that they were here to help Donald beat Hillary, and could I give a small gift of $75 or $100. I asked if they were affiliated with the campaign or a PAC, and she said they were with not at all affiliated with the Donald Trump campaign. It's legit.
