Sony is actually promoting growth in the console industry. They wanted people to buy an Xbox, and then when they realize that the game is not coming to Xbox they'd buy a PlayStation. That's why the exclusivity deal was kept hush. When everyone plays, we all win! (Note: some people will have to play later)

Going back to what I said earlier, if Sony and GS stay silent at this point then more than likely it is true. Not sure why they didn't just announce it as a timed exclusive though. Bizarre.

Yeah that's what's got me so confused. You sign an exclusivity deal, but make no effort to advertise the game or entice people to buy your console to play it? I'm not even sure an exclusivity deal was needed, at least not for China specifically

Talk about cope. An exclusivity deal that allows the dev to announce a Xbox version is coming as soon as they work out the tech issues before it launches, and doesn't include exclusive marketing from Sony. Never would this happen.

Paul Tassi claims black myth is console exclusive at launch because of a deal, not any technical shortcomings.
IGN says their source corroborates the same.
An actually good journalist, Imran Khan, has also said that the source is ironclad.
And we're now waiting for the publisher to either confirm or deny this officially.
