Nintendo 3D System and 3D Hot Rally for the Famicom

Picked up another Move shooting attachment and the Sharpshooter during Gamestop's bomba sale. Also got Child Of Eden, ICO/SOTC, No More Heroes PS3, The Fight: Light's Out, Deus Ex: HR and WKCII.

Last two: Virtua Cop Re-birth for PS2 and George Carlin's Last Words

New retro game store opened in town yesterday and I got lucky!

So jealous! I've owned that game twice and people borrow it and don't give it back. : ( Now I refuse to buy a third copy for more than 40$. Awesome find!

Picked up some stuff at a Retro Games convention here in the Netherlands. The Kirby cartridge is so beat up. It even has some marker writing on the back. Works fine though, so it's all good.

Double Dragon II and NES Open? So good, man. You've inspired me to finally get a NES clone.

It's very much worth it IMO, some games just never loose their appeal.

Great pickup. NES Open is easily the best golf game i've ever played.

Agreed, it's a gem among golf games.

Just picked up a PS3 for about a hundred bucks from a friend. I've never owned one, and I haven't played any PS3 games before. I've been a PC gamer almost exclusively for the past few years... and while I don't regret that, I also feel like I've missed out on some important games. No clue what to do with it, but I picked up a few games the other night (sorry, bad pic):

Nice pickup on Startropics! Just picked that up myself, actually! Anyone have any protips on how to remove some of the gunk and marker from carts? I've got some pretty strong glass cleaner I can use, don't know if that'll do the trick or not.

Amazon still hasn't shipped my CE of Dark Souls (Not loosing hope I will get it at some point) - I just want to play it for now!

Was going to buy Rage on PC but after all the issues I'm reading about I can deal with the visuals not being as good as the PC version (After the fix all these problems). Plus I think I'd end up playing with a 360 controller anyway on PC so might as well sit on a comfy couch.

Got the only copy of Dark Souls CE from my store (PS3 and X360 included)...in fact I was the only one who actually pre-ordered. A few guys behind me were sad.

Pre-ordered the Collector's Edition of Dark Souls for Xbox360 at a local Best Buy on 9/29/11 (I KNOW IT WAS LATE : (.... I CAN BLAME MYSELF)

Went in this morning for pick up and they told me they didn't receive any LE of Dark Souls. I was pretty pissed off and left without buying the regular version.

Called all other local Best Buy's no luck so then I called few local GameStop's and one down the street from where the Best Buy was had one extra copy of DS:LE for PS3 so I said why not I'll take the LE PS3 version....So I bought it but they had no Strategy Guides since they didn't come in in today's shipment.

I was kinda bummed out that I couldn't get the 360 version so I called other local GameStops and luckly the employee told me that they received few extra copies of Dark Souls Collector's Editions for both 360 & PS3 asked the guy the put on hold 1 copy of the game for me and once I got there I bought the 360 version and grabbed the strategy guide also. That kinda made my day better.


Now I got to go and play the 360 version mainly for achievements. I might sell the PS3 version on ebay hopefully I can get double for what I paid for.
