Oh well i have sharded soooo many duplicates of exotics so i have over 40 shards

You did! It fed our solar specials immensely which kept adds completely under control for the most part.

I'm always a bit "conservative" with my super, it took me a few tries to understand than we were supposed to feed each others' supers as much as possible to stand a chance. ^^

People that played every week since launch have piles of exotic Shards. I've got 110+ and I never ever grind loot, just play normally every week.

Getting exotic shards now seems harder to come by.

I wish I had more but I was too busy being in awe to remember to take pictures. I had a blast exploring this place Monday and Tuesday with a rotating cast of friendly DGAFers. Still too tired to type much else. Big ups to Val the Wondrous Warlock and his big plays.

Oh, I always use the perk that generates orbs, I guess I should switch that up especially since I'm usually soloing...

Totally forgot about that.

I use Blood Bound and Light of the Pack or something. They are in different trees, so you get a tether that deals damage across all tethered enemies by just shooting/nading one, and orbs for days.

It's a short quick tether, but if you get a grenade in and your teammate know to focus on tethered baddies, you don't need more than a few seconds to do tons of damage.

New activities are keeping people really busy currently, but once that dies down in a few weeks (probably?) then folks will spend more time back in VoG especially. CE has always been really easy for the flawless raider trophy, VoG is easy except for the jumping puzzle.

Poke and shoot? are all of you just camping the doorways and staying n that small room at the entrance? When we did that we failed but the 2nd time we spread out more and completed it. Use the entrance room as a safety net you can run back to, not constant cover. That's what worked for us.

Also one person running the sword is really helpful

Rofl, even an AR with low impact and high ROF did well in PVP. That buff is legit.

The majority of the adds around those bubbles don't have shields, and die alright from the super.
Also helps with the psions at the end.
