Batman has a lot of really interesting stories. Depends on the era you're interested in. Grant Morrison is doing interesting things with the character but it's out there.

If you're into Superman, Red son is phenominal. Secret Origin is good as well. All Star Superman is the best work any one has done on Superman for the last 20-30 years. If anything, All Star Superman is in the same vein as Year One or The Dark Knight returns, in the sense that it takes the amazing characteristics of Superman and multiplies them. I can honestly say, in my opinion, there probable isn't a better Superman story out there.

Any of the green lantern trades starting with Green Lantern: Rebirth are awesome.

Kingdom Come is also a great graphic novel. So is New Frontier by Darwyn Cooke.

As a side note, I picked up Superman vs. Muhammad Ali mostly for the lulz. I haven't actually read it yet, but it was too good to pass up with my work discount. :p

Im not going to brag or anything, but i have the space jam sound track on casette, along with no doubt "tragic kingdom" and the blackstreet album. Haters... hating.

I'd never heard of the Munchkin games until a couple of pages back. Now, I'm slightly more informed and Space Munchkin arrived this morning.

Picked this up a couple of days ago for a dollar. They don't make quality soundtracks like this anymore, that's for sure.

This was my first soundtrack as a kid I still have it in my cd case my kids love it :)

I've found it to be less enjoyable than the original, but combine it with the Western version of Munchkin and you've got Firefly Munchkin! Thank me later.

Finally arrived! Lost in the post then had to wait for a re-shipment. Sorry Yesasia, never fucking using you again.

DSC00309.jpg

Yeah, Yesasia is a fucking pain in the ass sometimes.

I really wanna play Akai Katana, but I won't have access to my J360 for another month and a half... so :(

So enjoy it in my place.

Now I'm questioning if I should keep my YesAsia preorder

Preorder? Honestly, I'd highly recommend you don't. Akai Katana was a preorder and it went missing. Before this, my last order was for a game in stock and it arrived within a week but a few years back I had 3 separate preorders go missing too. They are far too unreliable unless you're having it sent by courier with a signature required.

There are better HK sellers on eBay. buygame2.com are also good and cheap. Website isn't great but they haven't let me down yet.

Sorry to hear that :( But yeah, I'm sure I'll enjoy it after waiting this long for it to finally arrive.

I can answer your question: You have to. They don't let you cancel preorders. At least, that used to be their policy last time I ordered from them.

Gather round kids, cuz I got a story:

See, it was June 2006. The King of Fighters XI was coming out on the 26th, I think it was. I was very stoked, because the game looked fucking awesome (and it was indeed fucking awesome, but that's besides the point.) So I preordered it from Yesasia because they were the cheapest. June 26th came, and they didn't fucking get the game. It was out of stock and would be for another 2 weeks. They wouldn't let me cancel. So I told them that I needed to update my credit card info, because the card was no longer valid. Realizing the importance of money, they cancelled the order then so that I could update my credit card info and place the order again. Naturally, I went directly to NCSX (my go-to joint before trying Yesasia) and bought the game there. And I've used NCSX pretty much exclusively ever since.

So you should lie to them.

Unfortunately, in Firefly munchkin, you never get to finish a game before a fox dives in through the window and takes the game away, never to be seen again :(
