Why.. Why would you take keys and then not add them to your account/trade them/sell them? Seems like a rude thing to do, and Stump even wrote in the ModBot description a note for those who lack common decency in the form of "don't do this, it's scummy" and people still do it?

some people's kids...

I...I...I...you know what, you're right, it's Valve's fault for setting a terrible precedence with Lost Coast. They could have just made it an additional menu entry in HL2.

I also get slightly annoyed when someone doesn't thank me and it kind of rubs me the wrong way... do parents not teach kids politeness anymore?

Streaming Halfway earlier was fun, might do more if that for newer / less known games. Will probably do Planet Explorers tomorrow

I left my computer on overnight, and when I came back to it I just jumped to the end of the thread. :x If I'd booted it up or even gone to gaming then the thread I would have seen it. fml.

Whatever, it isn't enough to get throttled, but it will be enough to get excluded from "won in the last day" stuff tomorrow.

My room mate downloaded the Destiny beta tonight. All the menus have a mouse cursor like interface.

I'm still so salty about it not getting a pc release :/

Well that was a weird bug. I went to make a group event in the steam client but when I browse the community section and the store it thinks I'm signed out of steam while I'm still logged into my user in the client.

EDIT: it did it again, I'm assuming this is a bug with the beta client

I get that fairly often, I generally just have to try to load another section of the Steam community/refresh and it works.

I don't see how AC 'improved' on anything in AA, the approach was just different (open world).

I always thought City lacked focus. AA only had a few villains and they were given proper attention (Joker, Scarecrow). City on the other hand went overboard and it felt like they were trying to fit too many characters in. I never connected with the story. AA's wasn't the best either, but I was definitely more engaged.

Gameplay-wise, I lfeel like the design of AA was tighter. Initially I thought the open world structure would fit a Batman game like a glove, but the metroidvania-lite approach turned out to be more fun. This is pure personal preference of course, but having Gotham to explore just didn't add all that much, with the obligatory side quests that started to get repetitive fast.
